Nice suite with view of the ocean. Clean and fairly quiet. Some good local restaurants nearby. The suite was fairly well equipped but could have used some tea towels, face cloths & coffee filters. We tried to reach out by WhatsApp and email several times during our stay with the hotel team and got no response so there was no support in booking excursions unfortunately. With no reception at the site, it was difficult to know how to get in touch with them. Would stay there again but would not expect to get help.

Ok suite with nice small pool and easy access to beach area. Not close to town areas but couple of good restaurants within short walk. Handy store very nearby. Order breakfast the day before and dinner early if staying in. Book any activities in advance

The property is located on the beach and offers fantastic views of the beach and palm trees etc. A few minor inconveniences- no significant toiletries such as shampoo, no bottle opener, no universal adaptors in the unit for foreign travelers, no microwave in kitchen.

Mold infested bathrooms, ripped linen, broken plumbing, grime and dirt on couches and floors, broken TV x 4, insufficient towels & tea towels, broken knives etc. Hard as a rock single beds. Broken Airconditioning. Cracked bathtubs in all bathrooms unable to be used. Not the photos I saw advertised, FALSE ADVERTISING.

Our operations team checked the apartment as per normal preparations for our guest's arrival and no concerns about defective equipment or cleanliness were raised. Trust that in any case the apartment was considered unsuitable for your stay, we would have informed you and a different option would have been offered before your arrival. Your first complaint was raised 1 day after your arrival, and we immediately sent an operations team to check on you and remediate if any. Upon inspection, all equipment was fully operational, and the rooms were clean. Daily cleaning is offered to all our in-house guests, and during your stay you declined same on several occasions, allowing our staff only twice in the apartment. Having at heart your comfort and your whole experience at Bon Azur, we offered to move you to another 4-bedroom suite which you agreed to visit but did not move to in the end. Rest assured that our guest experience and satisfaction are our top priority and here at LOV we are committed to this mission. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful, specially the Manager Soobhug. we arrived early and was accommodated with an early check in. I would definitely recommend Bon Azur Beachfront Suites & Penthouses.

Luxury on the beach
Absolutely perfect . Apartment was a spacious apartment with 4 huge bedrooms all with ensuites and air-conditioned. Kitchen fully equipped and apartment has free WiFi . Patio has a grill gas stove for days one wish to BBQ. Apartment is 25 mins from Grand baie where nightlife is and quite expensive by taxi however it's on the main road few steps from the bus stop. Apartment overlooks a lovely garden and infinity pool on the beachfront. Beach is not a swimming beach but just perfect to sit and take in the tranquillity of the island ... Absolutely lovely

The worst resort I have been to. It was infested with insects and property management is terrible. That are always late and worst part the don’t change bed sheet every day ( They Change it every 4 days). All advertising were false, lies and deception. This is a 2 star resort. Room service you need to order it 24-48 hrs before they deliver it. They cheat the coustmer by putting NON- refundable reservations so you will be forced to either stay or leve resort without refunds. Expedia were not helpful even though I share all photos and video of insects infection. This resort food is the worst from naer by small local shop and charge up more money than it’s worth . It’s a health hazard resort. Also, the location was in extremely bad location were you can not get any good night sleep at all.

As explained to you over email, we would like to once again stress out the different point raised: Insects and property management – it is only on the fourth day of your stay that you complained about insects to our team, immediate action was taken by the on-site Concierge who cleaned the unit and did a pest control treatment (to be noted that the latest pest control treatment was done 1 week before your arrival only) Bed sheet – our standard (in a more environmental approach) is to change bed sheets every 3 nights, however, should client wish to have same changed earlier, this can be arranged subject to prior arrangement with the Concierge. Room Service – please note that you booked a self-catering residence and that room service is not proposed, this was explained by my colleague before your arrival and once again on site. Location – Bon Azur is ideally located in Trou aux Biches area, calm from the bustling area of Grand bay, we are not sure to why you did not have any good night sleep as same was not mentioned to us at any point during your stay. All advertising were false, lies and deception – we strongly refute your statement as none of our advertising is false nor lies. We acknowledge and appreciate your concern, but feel it has done everything within its power to resolve the matter amicably on site. Best Regards,

Fantastic beachfront apartments.
Stayed for 9 nights as a group of friends (pax of 4).We had brilliant ocean and pool views from our lovely veranda.Well equipped kitchen and nearly everything you need on your holidays.Staff were superb,polite and helpful (fully professional). One thing could be improved by management (more toiletries). Overall unforgettable exotic holidays in perfect place,highly recommended for couples,small groups of friends and families.

This was a one nite stop over after our cruise and the minute we stepped in our unit, we wished we had booked to stay longer. We had a 3 bedroom ensuite , facing the beach with a lovely dining room, huge kitchen fully stocked with pots , pans , utensils and glasses. Coffee maker , washing machine, beach towels, you name it, it’s there. We decided to buy seafood from the local fisherman and had dinner in our unit instead of going out . Had a great stay. Staffs were friendly and helped with our Lugguages. Enjoyed the pool and beach the next morning before we left . We will definitely recommend Bon Azur to anyone coming to Mauritius

Very nice apartments, quiet location
Second time to Bon Azur & wont be the last. Great location, 5 mins drive to supermarket, beaches & restaurants or 30 min walk. Very relaxing on the balconies. Request a ground unit if stairs are a problem as there are no lifts.

It was sold to us as beach front property but turned out to be more like the garden front. The apartment was the lowest level tucked inside the property. There was no clear or hardly any ocean view from the apartment. There were no screen doors so you can't leave your door open. Since it was the lowest level apartment, we did not feel safe in leaving doors open in the night. There were small ants all over the apartment. There is no resident manager, we had to wait for almost half an hour for the manager; otherwise, the staff was friendly. It had latest furnishing and clean linen etc.Nice swimming pool. We booked it for the ocean view which it was not. When brought to manager's notice, he told us to ask specifically for the first floor and close to the ocean property. It had other apartments which had better ocean view but they were all occupied. Beach was not a swimming beach. The ocean in front of the apartment was full of rocks. It was very quite. You need a car to go out and eat. There is a public transport bus that you to Gand Bay which has many restaurants. We were mainly disappointed due to ocean view and beach not being swimmable. Lesson learnt, we will specifically ask for a first floor and close to ocean property. Do not go by what is in the picture.

Fabulous stay here from 8-15th July. Nice area but you do need a car. Pool is lovely & the beach is clean to play or sunbake on if you wish. Great local restaurants close by. Would recommend it to others. Only negative is the matresses are hard.

10 nights for our honeymoon!
Superb! Swans made from towels, flowers and chocolate on arrival. Excellent 3 hour a day cleaning service, every appliance you will ever need, massive space, amazing views, bbq to use whenever you like, the manager bought us fresh coconuts with straws, hired a car from the resort and had the keys and car in under a hour! everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Posh pool over looking the ocean to Top it all off. Best place to stay in the north!

Beautiful place..
Bon Azure is lovely apartments..we stayed for 5 nights after a 7 day resort stay. Is is not on the main beach - but for us was perfect as we just wanted to sit on our balcony and enjoy the sea views sipping wine..If you want to go to the swimmimg beach, you need to walk/drive about 1.5km. But the apartment has a beautifull swimmimg pool on the beach. Went for nice jogs and walks along the beach. Chez Popo is a small but great supermarket about 1.5 km from the apartment along the beach where one can buy food for meals. We stayed in the penthouse and it is truly a 5 star apartment. Can definitely recommend it!

Nice appartment on the beach, great view at s peaceful location. Nice pool area. Don't get the breakfast from the place, doesn't live up to the standard. We didn't get a refund when they forgot us on the first morning. Which gave alot of negative kommunikation with there manager Wendy, who didn't seem to be present, and absolutely not helpful. Big confusion with dates and timetable in general. Go to the place across the street where you get the bedst fresh breakfast and freshly screened juice, at a much better price. Soophug on the other hand is trying his best to help. The place is a bit run down and lack alot of kitchen things, such as a water boiler. The fridge was broken and not working optimally. Inadequate kitchen utensils and pots that were worn out. dirty furniture and pillows. All in all inadequate cleaning such as electrical switches and handles. I will recommend to have a car upon your stay, since the beach isn't good for bathing or snorkeling, and there are hardly any shops or restaurant in the area. In short, we are not going to use the Lov resistens next time we visit.

Very big apartment, sea view, fully furnished and cleaned everyday by very thorough cleaners who did an excellent job. Nice garden, perfectly kept, and lovely pool by the sea. The manager is very friendly and helpful. Nice location in a peaceful part of the west coast.

Établissement vraiment en bord de plage. La piscine est propre et superbe. Seul bémol pas de restauration sur place.

Agréable séjour au calme avec vue sur mer
J’ai particulièrement apprécié la vue sur mer depuis l’appartement. Celui-ci était confortable et très bien équipé. La mer se trouve juste au bout du jardin. Pas de route à traverser. La piscine était jolie mais pas très grande. Transats disponibles à toutes heures. Environnement calme. Restaurants à 5 min en voiture.
