We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was super convenient. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Our only issue was that the room was not always restocked with cups and such. And there was a couple days that we didn't have the cleaning crew didn't come in and do the whole turnover. But, overall the hotel was clean and we would stay there again!

Nice large room with space to put our clothes. It was nice to have a safe. The large light by the door was not working when we arrived on the Saturday afternoon so I reported it to reception. The room was obviously not checked properly beforehand to check everything was working and correct. On the Monday we had the do not disturb sign on the door as was not well. Tuesday maintenance said they had fixed it but it still was not working. I was not sure why maintenance lied about fixing the light when they didn’t. Wednesday it was fixed but only went on if the light by the bed was switched on. We put the towels in the correct place on Tuesday to be changed and they never got replaced so I had to ask reception to change them. Thursday a pillowcase was left on the settee and no clean one put on the pillow that was left on the floor. The bathroom was set at 30 degrees which was very uncomfortable. The only place to plug the kettle in was either crawling on the floor to the plug under the table or balancing the kettle on the round pouffe by the bed. A health and safety hazard. I had to ask for more hangers as there were only 7. We were there for a week. The road noise was very loud 24/7 as the windows do not lessen any noise plus the cars have the winter tyres on which are louder anyway. Had to wear ear plugs but still got woken up every night by the noise. The buffet breakfast was very nice.

This place is great. It's located in the very centre of city and close to everything you would see. The staff is great, the rooms are confortables and the breakfast is rich and high quality. Highly recommended.

Our stay here was lovely! The breakfast was incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very professional. The room we had was clean and the location was very walkable. We were able to walk from the pier where our bus dropped us off with our luggage to the hotel with no problems. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This property was exactly what I needed for my stay in Tromsø. It was clean, simple, and had breakfast included, which had a lot of options and was good. Very convenient location, walking distance to all places in city centre. Overall great stay!

Some staff were great, others not as much. Requested a wake call, never reveived when queried was informed my phone was broken. Soap dispensary was broken informed front office staff and still was not fixed when I left 3 days later. Breakfast was outstanding, along with location.

Location, bed and breakfast are excellent
Although it was overpriced (very tiny, spare room) the location was excellent. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast epic. Thon hotels are known for their fantastic breakfasts so between that, the comfy bed, great location and I’d have to recommend it.

The hotel is pretty big and rooms a little bit small. But great and helpful staff, stunning breakfast, and the location is in the middle of downtown tromso. Would definitely recommend it.

Location is very good to main attractions and for the tours from Piers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing! The down point was a bunch of hair in the shower, very disgusting! The hotel has a very good restaurant for dinner.

Great size room and bathroom with plenty of space to move around and not trip over luggage. There's a small fridge, coffee/tea facilities, and desk in the room which are very convenient. Less than a 5 min walk to the center of town and near plenty of bus stops and airport express stop. There's a restaurant on site along with a gym but I didn't use either. There are supposedly some laundry facilities on site but since only stayed 1 night decided not to use them. Easy access to everything so good option.

Good choice forcacwell priced 2 night stay
Hotel had excellant location for touring and bus access from cruise dock and airport. Breakfast was superb with an overwhelming selection of expertly prepared food, with a great selection of Norwegian local foods. Heated bathroom floor was a definite plus. Accommodations while small were comfortable.

Hotel was well located. Buy a city day pass bus ticket it is well worth it. Great areas for walking. I do wish we eere not there on voncert day. The staff was very nice.

Amazing
This hotel is AMAZING! They have the most comfortable beds that I have ever had in a hotel and the breakfast was incredible! A mix of American, English and European breakfast items. The staff was great and there is a great restaurant attached to the hotel. It is a short walk from the bridge to go to the other side and close to several other landmarks. AND there is a polar bear above the bed! I highly recommend staying here!

Quick stay before a cruise.
Centrally located for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The rooms are on the small size but clean. Maybe we just had too much luggage. The front desk is open 24 hours. Tromsø is a pleasant little vacation spot to hang out a couple of extra days before a cruise. The birds are crazy outside the buildings.

Excellent stay and very nice room. We had corner top floor room with very nice view. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of items and the staff in the restaurant was very courteous and attentive.

not charming (decor really unattractive!) but comfortable and functional with tea and nespresso functions in the bedroom. Friendly, helpful staff who made the effort to change the bed linen when they had initially failed to meet our request made upon booking for feather-free bedding due to allergies. We slept so well that we woke up late and almost missed breakfast, but the staff let us in and enjoy the feast

The hotel was beautiful and kept well in order. The included breakfast was incredible and put North American standards to shame! There were so many fresh and healthy options, it was divine. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. They even allowed me to store my luggage onsite, after checkout, to allow me to run back and forth across the city as I arranged my move into student residence. 5 stars for sure!

The breakfast at the hotel was awesome. The hotel had a great selection of good quality food, juices, coffee, tea including freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and crepes. The breakfast was a great way to start our day. I had a bit of a tough time adjusting the heat in the room. It was a bit cool there at night. Also, the soap in the dispenser was removed and not replaced in the bathroom. I had to use the soap from the shower. Other than that, the TV worked, room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
