Great location! Easy to get around Tromso and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast and dinner included were nice but not outstanding. They could take a lesson from the Clarion in Oslo for more fresh food and less salt. But really no complaints!

Fantastic location for public transport. Stayed for 3 nights during easter break. The wifi in room 305 didn’t work properly reported to the reception but there was no one to look at it due to the easter break.

Enjoyable stay. Really worth upgrading to superior room with view over the harbour. One night the aurora was visible right over head. Good to have included breakfast, tea with cake and light supper which made stay good value , although currently happening at sister hotel across the street it was not a problem. Close to airport bus drop off too

Really great hotel, central right by the waterfront. Hotel offers breakfast and evening meal and i have to say the evening meal was really nice buffet. Tea, coffee and water all day and night and they do cake and coffee every afternoon, such a really nice touch. The only flaw to the bedroom is there are only 4 hangers and no other space to put your clothes. Apart from that i would reccommend this hotel.

This hotel has character and is very central. The staff are friendly and helpful - one even plays the guitar soothingly in the early evening. The breakfast and afternoon cake were great, but the evening meal was very hit and miss. Overall, I thought it was reasonable value for money.

Friendly staff, clean room and the under floor heating in the bathroom was amazing. Convenient location and lovely views. Would have liked an option for dinner as wasn’t very child friendly and also the sofa bed was not very comfy but overall an enjoyable stay

Exceptional facilities. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Teddy who works the afternoon /evening shift. He's quite the guitar player also. Honestly, the hotel exceed my expectations. The fika was great, the evening dinner ( which was very tasteful and better than some of rhe local restaurants) is the biggest bonus. I would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

This is the NICEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed twice. The staff are amazing the breakfast plentiful with an evening meal as well. Right in the centre of town. Just a perfect place.

It was a lovely and clean property. All the staff were very friendly. There was a good choice on the buffet breakfast. The afternoon cake was very nice. The evening meals were hit and miss for what I like. The room was clean and a lovely view of the harbour. The only downside is there is no safe facility or nowhere to put any clothes except 4 coat hangers and 2 coat hooks. We had to live out of the suitcases and only one suitcase holder to store a case. I had to put the other one under the table. That knocks a star off

A perfect location for our short stay in Tromso. A lovely little hotel, serving breakfast, cake in the afternoon and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the chef accommodating of dietary requirements. Glad we chose this over the bigger hotels as had a much nice feel. Just 15 mins from the airport on the shuttle bus.

Basic hotel but it is well appointed. Breakfast and dinner were standard fayre but a good selection. The hotel is in the heart of Tromso, bus 42 from the airport is almost to the door. Located on the quay it has a great views. I would recommend and return if I was looking for a budget yet well located hotel

First visit to Norway & to Tromso. The anticipation of what to expect was far from disappointing, it was excellent! The view from the hotel bedroom was amazing looking over the harbor and towards the Artic Cathedral. With Norway being a bit more expensive than the UK, the hotel had a nice touch of inclusive breakfast for the whole stay. It was also a surprise that them to offer coffee & cake and a light dinner. The only thing. I think would be a bonus would to offer a safety deposit either at the front desk or in the rooms. Front desk staff could have been a bit forthcoming with regards to tours etc.

It easy to get to from the airport. Great views being on the harbour. Renting was walkable, but I would say that for most of the hotels. It was a bonus having an evening meal and cake. Coffee available all day. Only thing I would have liked was outside cleared of ice a bit better, but that's me

The location and view of the water were amazing. The food was good and incredibly convenient. The sauna was lovely after spending all day wandering around in the cold weather. The laundry service is very convenient.

Friendly helpful staff. The elevator was broken while we were there and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They offered us a room in a neighboring hotel which we declined and carried our luggage up to the room for us. Hotel is centrally located. The view from our room was fantastic. Breakfast was standard but good.

The elevator was broken and all the rooms were above the first floor. Staff helped carry the suitcases, however, it was still a huge inconvenience especially given we had elderly travelers in our group. Otherwise, the property was excellent. The "light supper" turned out to be a rather sizable buffet with lots of options. Rooms were clean and spacious for European standards.

This is an absolutely brilliant 3 star hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. The complimentary afternoon tea and evening meal are absolutely brilliant. There is something different each evening, eat as much as you want with veggie options available. My wife was not able to eat the dinner one evening due to her allergies and the kitchen made her something else! Absolutely brilliant, and a huge bargain.😊

This hotel was perfect in every way! It sits along the waterfront with a beautiful view of the harbor. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay satisfying. The Complementary food options were delicious.

Nice hotel, similar to a Holiday Inn. Nice staff, but the elevator was broken the entire stay. Walking up stairs with luggage was difficult if you have luggage. We were going on a cruise. Please be aware. Maybe contact hotel before booking.

Advertisement said Air Conditioning but that is not true it’s only heated, obviously we came at the hottest part of the year and had to open the windows; when you open the windows you hear all the sea gulls and with no nighttime/ sunset does not occur they make noise 24/7 also near by bars are loud when the windows are open. The elevator was also out of service and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Best part is the view and everything around is very close; Taxi are almost instant and they have snacks and breakfast included in our price we chose.

Amazing Hotel.
Amazing location just get the local bus from TOS No 40 or 42 drops you 2 min walk from Hotel. Amazing staff will do anything for guests and all very friendly. All meals incl in price FREE hot drinks anytime help your self. Rooma even nums face back of Hotel un even face front of Hotel the most amazing showers and super comfy beds. Will 100% recommend to everyone.
