Très belle chambre, très propre, mais comme le réseau internet fonctionnait mal sur la télé, nous n'avons pas eu accès à netflix. J'étais seule avec mes filles et nous voulions écouter des films ensemble, nous n'avons pas pu. Un manque de choix et d'originalité dans le déjeuner continental, bien que gratuit, place à amélioration. Le café était froid et l'eau pour le chocolat chaud n'était pas chaude. Bel accueil, très belle chambre, mais pour les services inclus, plutôt moyen.

The room was very good, a good king bed, fridge, coffee machine, a sofa and a small table. Very comfortable, the breakfast a self serve with quite a few options. We were quite near to Mauricie National Park and downtown where there were many options for a drink or dinner. I would recommend this hotel as a good option and the photographs online were what we found, even advised we were staying on a first floor with no elevator. Thanks, for the good service.

Pleasant and friendly
All great except thought cleaning staff would daily come in to empty the one /only garbage can and take away the pile of wet/used towels etc… we had to ask for extra. The railing up the stairway was a bit shaky but other than that, rooms were very nice, staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast in mornings were satisfying. Thumbs up

Bit of a disappointment. Yes, nicely updated but things are already showing age. Floor and rug at door did not feel clean. Breakfast not very exciting. Seems they have no daily service, no ‘do not disturb’ or ‘please clean my room’ signs. Felt anonymous. Pros: bed comfortable. Good shower. Quiet.
