Located in a high position, this villa in Costa Paradiso offers privacy for the whole family or a group of friends. The barbecue area and the terrace with dining table invite you to enjoy the meal or a drink in front of breathtaking sunsets from this beautiful holiday house with pool. At the pool you will find sun loungers to stay in total relax. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are located 3 minutes far by car. You can reach the sandy beach “Li Cossi” driving for about 3 minutes until the parking lot from where starts a beautiful panoramic path. You can also easely reach some peculiar rocky bays, which represent a dream for snorkelers. Other beaches such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa are located in the neighboring villages of Costa Paradiso and are easily accessible by car. In Costa Paradiso there are two supermarkets, different restaurants and some bars as well as other smaller shops and a pharmacy, which are open during the summer season. A medical service is available during the summer. The nearest villages and towns are Trinita d'Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa). In the Gallura region there are different places of interest, suitable for hiking and cycling for example: Luogosanto and Tempio Pausania and also the famous “Valle della Luna” near Aggius. \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== In the house there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two bunk beds. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and there are two bathrooms. The wide living area with a sofa, a dining table and a open kitchen let you enjoy together in relax. Sie besteht aus zig Ferienhäusern, mehreren Restaurants, Minimarkets, kleinen Geschäften usw. Mich hat das Resort an die Behausungen der Pueblo-Indianer aus den Winnetou-Filmen der 60er Jahre erinnert. Genau den morbiden Charme dieser Zeit hat dieser Ort inne. Die Häuschen liegen verteilt auf mehreren Ebenen, wobei unseres ungefähr auf Hälfte zwischen Einfahrt und Meereshöhe lag. Die Unterkunft war sauber für die vorhandene Ausstattung, die ich als maximal basic bewerten würde, aber viel zu teuer. Kein TV, keine AC, Elektro- und Sanitärinstallation längst veraltet und vom heutigen Standard weit entfernt. Viele kleinere Mängel in der Ausstattung, die zwar nicht „weh tun“, aber trotzdem nerven. Kleines Beispiel: das Wasser ist zum Trinken ungeeignet. Zum Kochen kann man es benutzen, der Tee schmeckt halt nach Chlor ohne Ende. Die Unterkunft wird als geeignet für 6 Personen angeboten. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einen kleinen Raum, auf dem zwei Doppelbetten und ein Schrank gerade so Platz finden. Im Sommer mit Sicherheit ein unerträglicher Brutofen. Größtes Manko: man braucht für alles einen fahrbaren Untersatz, zudem die besseren Lokale und die schöneren Strände ausserhalb der Anlage liegen. Highlights sind der Pool, die Terrasse mit Meerblick und Rina, die charmante Managerin, die uns sehr nett empfangen hat. ##### Thomas B. Uns wurde ein früherer Check-In ermöglicht. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer von der Terrasse aus. Sauberer, großer Pool, wird nur mit einem weiteren Appartement geteilt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Marc P. Die Lage und die Aussicht waren Hervorragend. Etwas störend war der Lärm des Müllplatzes vor unserer Anlage. Auch das Kochgeschirr dürfte mal aussortiert werden. Die Ankunft zur Ferienwohnung, auch Abreise und Betreuung von durch Frau Rina war sehr herzlich! Grüße aus Hallwang.. ##### Alois B. Bequeme Betten, leider hatte kein Restaurant oder Supermarkt auf! Die nächste Möglichkeit war 20km weit weg! Mit dem Ofen wird geworben , dürfte man aber nicht nutzen! Agentur zuvorkommend! Un villaggio circondato da una natura selvaggia e da delle rocce rossastre dalle forme particolarissime. Il mare cristallino, a tratti verde smeraldo, è meraviglioso! Anche raggiungere la spiaggia Li Cossi, che è la più vicina per chi sta a Costa Paradiso, è un' esperinza quasi avventurosa, perchè è un sentiero scavato tra le rocce e la macchia mediterranea. Certo un pò "faticoso" da fare sotto il sole di un pomeriggio in pieno agosto...Ci sono comunque tante altre bellissime spiagge nelle vicinanze che si possono raggiungere facilmente in macchina. Villa Ambra, dove siamo stati per 3 notti, è una villa molto graziosa con una bellissima terrazza da dove si può godere del panorama. La piscina è anche idromassaggio, una vera goduria, molto utile e comoda sopratutto durante le giornate di vento. La nostra è stata solo una breve visita, ma sarà un'esperienza che ripeteremo sicuramente in un periodo più lungo e più caldo. Arrivederci Costa Paradiso! ##### Armando B. We stayed there only for 3 nights, but it was a very nice experience. We had an hydromassage pool only for us, because the other villa that shared the pool was not booked during our stay. An other thing we appreciated so much was the wonderful sea view we could enjoy from the villa. We were greeted by a kind lady who gave us all the information and advice we needed for our short stay. Der Ausssicht ist ein Traum und die Einrichtung ist völlig ausreichend. In der Küche hat man auch alles was man braucht. Auf der Terasse kann man wirklich sehr gut sitzen und auch der Pool war sauber. Das große Manko an dieser Unterkunft sind leider die Matratzen. Wir sind sehr viel unterwegs, aber so schlechte Matratzen sind mir noch nie untergekommen. Im Mittelteil sind sie komplett durchgelegen und überall spürt man die Federn :(( Wir haben uns versucht mit den Matratzen aus den Doppelstockbetten auszuhelfen, aber selbst diese waren nicht viel besser.. Wenn die Matratzen nicht gewesen wären, und nicht so viele Glühbirnen kaputt gewesen wären (sollte man meiner Meinung nach vor jedem neuen Mieter kontrollieren) dann hätten wir 5 Sterne vergeben. ##### Mareike D. This is a great location as beaches and scenery are stunning. The bunk bed room could do with a re-furb as looks a bit dated. Could do with air conditioner in bedrooms as very stuffy during night and hard to sleep. Sardinia unlimited were very helpful and lent us a couple of fans. We enjoyed our stay here. ##### Mike S. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2017 Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Rita H. 16 Feb 2017 #### tolles ferienhaus Wir waren im Frühsommer mit unseren 3 Kindern in diesem Haus, die Stockbetten sind superpraktisch und der Pool wird nur mit dem Nachbarhaus geteilt. Die Aussicht ist einfach grandios und wir konnten es richtig geniessen. Zum Strand sind nur wenige Minuten und zum Meer mit den Felsen kann man auch zu Fuss gehen. Die Restaurants in der Nähe sind auch empfehlenswert, italienische gute Küche. Und für die Kinder natürlich viel Pizza. Wir kommen wieder! ##### Rita H. ---
