Hi DevindraWe now have a general area, with a coffee station, microwave in our bistro. With disposable cups etc., for all resident guests. That would have been on a notice in your room. I would look into where we can have that information visibly placed. Thank you.

Hi, I would look into this matter about the night staff. I am also concerned about the term used which is nasty. We have housekeeping everyday cleaning rooms , wiping windows, as we are known for our clean spaces . Can you identify the names of the staff you encountered? I can’t do anything about beetles caught in the curtains in the dining room, but certainly will pay closer attention

Hi We have a common area with microwave sorry none told you. We do have an ironing board , the iron may be missing . We do have extra at our front office .i would make sure my staff let guests know .

Hi We have a camera which monitor all cars entering the compound hence our security measure tends to be a little delay. We also swipe payments on arrival , unfortunately the card provided had insufficient funds. We had to acquire another card to clear payments. Sorry about the check-in delays.

Hi I was unaware that you were given poor service for your one night stay. Firstly, Leslie , the staff you indicated, has been in the industry for over twenty years and a top performer in customer service. She informed you that an ingredient was missing to make her blend and provided the other drinks that you requested. As for your other comment, with a dirty room ,it is unfathomable that you did not indicate this immediately when you checked in. We would have provided you with another room. I am unsure if you felt we should have cleaned the room before you checked out as you were given a late check out time? Anyway, your comments were duly noted. Next time I would be sure that you get that Pina Colada, with freshly crushed pineapples that we use. I would post on our site how we make one, i'm sure you would get hooked on it like the previous group who stayed with us.

Technology can be difficult to service. We have DigiCel Fibre Optics which is wireless. We would be unable to control frequencies of wavelengths. Sometimes it works like a charm and other times , it's a strain.
