My stay at the Brix was great, the staff was friendly (Otis, Narisa, Curtis, Kenesha, Joshua) helpful and just amazing. The rooms are large and modern. Great hotel!

For a Marriott property I expected a higher standard for breakfast. Cold food, lukewarm coffee, over cooked meats, etc. The standard needs to be raised. Everything else was good to excellent.

The staff was amazing. From reception to the young lady at the bar, the accommodating server on the rooftop. All of them made our stay so perfect and exceptional. I called for the ac to be turned off and it was sorted out immediately. Late check out was provided without hassle. The ambiance and the friendly accommodating staff made the experience all round excellent. One issue was the security that came to the rooftop and told us it’s time to go to sleep and that we were there unsupervised. Overall an excellent and wonderful experience. The receptionist stood out, warm friendly professional accommodating and this was my first night back to my country. This was around 8/9pm I will be back most definitely. My new favourite place

Jenelle Jemmot the Floor Supervisor is extremely kind, professional and very warm. Her demeanour and disposition definitely made the stay that much better. Staff for transportation of bags to room also very respectable and friendly. Food was great! The Exchange restaurant is nice. One suggestion, the food is too good to be so limited. Expanding the menu is definitely a good idea!! It really was a wonderful stay. The rooms are fantastic, the showers, bathroom and room are extremely clean, very spacious and very modern day amenities. We even had our own Keurig which was refreshing as we also enjoy the same at home. It was nice to be at home away from home! Wonderful experience, Would recommend 10/10
