The book in the apartment had exact description with pictures on how to check in. It would have been helpful to have this in an email. Upon entering the apartment we found that it had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. The beds looked slept on, there was trash in the kitchen and bathrooms, dirty laundry by the washer, and crumbs under the dining table. We spend several hours cleaning the place and washing the bedding and did not get to bed until 3:00pm. We tried to contact the host and VRBO with no answer. ##### Jutta P.
