I arrived after midnight and found him as courteous and responsive as if it was the behinning of his day at work. I have resided at hotels all over the world and have not enjoyed a more pleasant and inviting reception than that which Michael delivered. "Place was nice, clean right off the highway. The room had a lot of light at night and there was no option to have the fan run continously. The pillows were half the normal size and hard to sleep on"
