There was only one person working the front desk and she had to check on a room so it took a very long time to get checked in. By the time we got checked in there was a decent line behind us. The hotel was busy so I’m not sure why they’d only staff one person. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, wasn’t her fault they were short staffed. Rooms are just ok. The drain in our sink looked really gross and the shower head was awful. The spray went everywhere expect your body. Room was clean other than the gross sink. Overall the property is just ok. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Great location, rooms are updated a bit as are the common areas. Hotel surroundings are questionable and people in the hotel seem pretty noisy and disrespectful of other guests.

To begin with upon checking in staff wasn’t very welcoming. I handed him a debit card and informed him I wanted this debit card charged instead of the one that was on file since I had booked through Expedia. Room was charged to a different card not the one I asked to be charged to. We just stay there one night and we’re in the hotel less the 12 hours. For the hotel being full it was pretty quiet.

The location on the river with a river view was a treat. Beds very comfortable. Microwave and fridge. Plenty of parking. Skip the breakfast, not very good.

Good stay.
Good stay. Was hoping our room would have had a better view of the river but it was ok. Pillows weren’t so comfortable but loved how spacious the room was. Bathroom was clean.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Excellent customer service and easy check-in. Our first room was perfect (5/5). When we upgraded to a suite for an extended stay, we lost our hot showers. Water is ice cold and has to run 15 minutes to reach lukewarm.

Went to our first text and it smelled really strong like propane or some other foul odor switch to another room needed to Queens, but it was only a king third time I got the room that we needed with no funky smell. Gallup front was really really nice but we didn’t get what we need in the first place but it got to be fixed I also had quite a bit of black mold on the ceiling of the shower. Otherwise nice and clean place would stay again, but would check out my room before I paid.

Great customer service
We stayed here a couple of nights due to my husband having a surgery at nearby hospital. It was very close to the hospital which was very nice for me and it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was great. I don’t remember her name but the bartender we had was so very kind and so was the girl serving breakfast.

Checked and the room had a broken window. Asked to change and they said no , until asking a manager. Moved to a smaller room which was fine. The hotel had no cars in the parking lot and very few hotel rooms lights on. But for some reason they put people above us and they were LOUD. But better than a broken window. Asked for a late check out and were told "no". When checking out she said "thanks". I wouldn't recommend this place.

Definitely a great place to stay
Wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Richland. Staff was welcoming, room was clean and in excellent condition, location was beautiful, all that you could hope for.

Nice location, but hotel needs an update.
Rooms were great but overall, the hotel badly needs a renovation. The hallways are kind of bare, dark and scary.

This resort was amazing!! The courtyard view was so peaceful! All around great stay! The only minor complaint I would have is there was never any pool towels at the pool. Other than that it was outstanding and having the river right at your doorstep was fantastic!

This is NOT a good Hotel
They double charged me. No one knew what to do or how to refund it. They kept telling me that the manager will contact me and take care of it but here we are still with no answers. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. As for the hotel itself ... we got there and it apparently flooded because they where actively pumping water out of the building. Upon check in though they didn't think to mention anything and acted as if nothing happened. The entire ground floor smelled of mold and dampness. Everything about our room felt dirty and wet. It was so gross.
