We’ve stayed here a number of times and the accommodations are pleasant, and the staff friendly. The complimentary breakfast is above average.

Every staff member we met was friendly, courtesy, and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, the room was fantastic. Out of the 3 hotels there, this rates the best; a perfect score-10 out of 10!!

Overall, our stay was excellent. Hotel staff was very helpful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room and bathroom were clean, however, we did encounter multiple bugs in our room. While a sign was posted at the front desk regarding this issue, I find it a bit unacceptable to find 5 live bugs in a hotel room during a weekend stay.

Great October vacation
I had a great stay last week at Comfort Suites in Kingsport, VA. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and nice pillows. Liked having the sofa and extra TV. Breakfast was very good and this is a good location and quiet.

The room was impeccably tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating.

The gentleman that was working the desk was amazingly patient. He had a hotel full of young athletes. Loud and energetic. The heater/air conditioning unit in our room did not work. We looked at it and the filters were full of thick crud and dirt. We had to remove them. We were in 216. There was mold in the bathroom. Baseboards and flat surfaces needed wiped down.

There were a lot of stank bugs in our room about 60 of them on our beds walls curtains. Thy switched us to another roof and it had the same problem . They had to move us 3x but didn’t feel comfortable because we kept thinking the bugs would crawl on us
