Excellent location

Posted 24-Sep-2017
Pros: AC was very good.
Cons: Beds and pillows really hard and uncomfortable. Shutters that open
Hotel was in an excellent location which meant we could walk everywhere. Had a room on 1st floor which had good soundproofing on windows but a shutter that didn't open, we think because it overlooked vent. However this effectively meant we had no window or daylight which, as the room was quite small, made it feel a bit like a tomb. Had to use internet just to see what the weather was like outside

Lovely hotel in a central location

Posted 16-Sep-2017
The hotel upgraded our room upon arrival as it was my husband's 50th during our stay. The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from The Coliseum, Palantine Hill and Roman Forum.

Hotel cosmopolitan Rome

Posted 16-Sep-2017
Excellent location for sightseeing 10 minutes walk from coliseum 5 minutes from the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. The staff are fantastic and very polite and helpful and although we hadn't booked the breakfast we were involved to try it and the costs were made very clear which we did try and it was good value. The rooms were very clean and the towels and linens were spotless but unfortunately the room itself was a little tired and old with marks on the walls and the bathroom although cleaned very well looked grubby just because it needs updating. So over all a great experience of Rome definitely take walking shoes!

Hotel was very close to all the sites.

Pros: The staff was very courteous and respectful. The staff provided assistance in all matters.
Cons: Sometimes, the air conditioning would not work after midnight.
Location: Location was awesome. Excellent restaurants and markets across from the road.
It was a great stay!! It was a bit noisy on the 5th floor because of the patio on the floor. The room was very clean. The room was comfortable.
