"Incredible hotel, would 100% recommend. The jacuzzi looking out at the dolomites is truly special, all the spa facilities were amazing. The restaurant dinner was outstanding, the menu changed daily and the food quality was Incredible. The rooms were huge and the added outside private seating was also a nice bonus. The staff were really helpful and nice."

The only inconvenience we had was a miscommunication about the charges of infldoof pool which wasn't mentioned until we went second time when we ve been already charged with €28 per person, an extra that we would not choose if we knew is not included. "My wife and I chose Castel Hortenberg for our stay in Bolzano, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived through our departure. Secure parking with private gates. Upon arrival we were greeted with Prosecco, and this type of care and attention was given to us the entire time by Tommaso and the other staff.
