Hotel is close enough to downtown. We stayed during the record heat, and fortunately, the air conditioning worked. However, the AC unit in the room had not been cleaned and mold was growing on it, apparently for months. The rooms were small, and the bathroom was tiny.

Very nice hotel with one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Will definitely be staying here again during our next trip!

Basic room but perfect for us!
The experience overall was perfect for us.
The price, the room, the employee, everything was satisfying and they have a very good restaurant as well! I would recommend without hesitating!
Thank you :)

Triple room was spacious. Air conditioning was sufficient. Walk from old city was a bit long but easy, as no hills. Buffet breakfast was sufficient. Sink water didn't get hot. Shower water was hot after 8am or so. Restaurant dinners were pleasant and surprisingly good. Very clean room. Overall, excellent value for dollar; would happily return here.

Many thanks for your kind review!
We hope to welcome you again in our hotel!
It was great to have the family in one room with air conditioning! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and accommodated everyone, including two vegans. They also had a pizzeria in the restaurant, if you wanted to stay there for dinner and buy a pizza or two. Everything was great. The only bummer was that it is not in the center of town, so i missed the old town as we were walking around, but we knew that before.

The location was great. We did have to walk approximately one mile to the center of Trento but it is an easy, flat walk. We were in a quadruple room that had ample space for a family of four.

The room was clean. But the reason we chose this hotel was that it had parking and airconditioning and neither was actually provided. The airconditioning was like a large fan and did not cool down the room at all and with only 24 actual parking spots for 100+ rooms the hotel could not follow through at this promised and paid for amenity either.

Hello Madam/Sir,
Thank you for taking your time to write us a review. We're sorry to hear that the experience you had during your stay wasn't exactly what you expected. We are constantly working on customer satisfaction and comments like yours help us emprove.
We do have limited parking spots available, but not all 100+ customers come by car. It is actually a very small percentual that do so, but still we do our best to help all our customers with parking solutions. If the parking is full, we have an underground garage that also has a few spots. Besides that, in front of the hotel there are public parking spots that are free of cost during the night time.
The air conditionning issue in your room has already been controled and repaired.
We hope to see you here again soon in the hotel the next time you come to Trento, so we can provide you a better experience than the one before. Sincerely,
Alessandro & Hotel Everest team
The hotel is within a walking distance from the train station and is still in a quiet area. You can expect a good size room and bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful. No big choice for breakfast but still OK. The batteries of the remote control for the TV set in my room were not OK so it was an inconvenience.Otherwise, the money you pay is what you get. Overall, very good impression.
Close to train and bus. Late check in till midnight. Clean quaint. Polite staff, very helpful.

Hotel Everest Trento Italy
the hotel Everest is situated in the perfect spot as it’s a 10min walk from train station and if you walk along the river it’s beautiful. Our stay was not comfortable, due to noise levels!
What makes hotel Everest worth it is when staff members go out of their way to be helpful and warm hearted like the lady we met Lilia Grigoret, one of the most amazing hotel staff you will come across, a real asset to a hotel like this.
The hotel is in a nice location. You can walk to historic center in about 15 minutes. Service was good. The breakfast was not one of my favorites in Italy, but I may just be picky. We drove into Trento and we were able to park in hotel garage at no extra fee. I would stay here again.
The staff were at all times professional, friendly, efficient and put themselves out to research extra information for us. Food was cooked to an excellent standard and the extensive menu was specific to the border region of Trentino, with everything home cooked down to bread and jams. Comfortable lounge/reception area and adjacent hotel bar which also serves the local community.
A good location for an overnight stay as the hotel is close to the town centre as well as easy access to the highway for driving.
Bar and restaurant connected to the hotel. Free guest parking. Lovely breakfast.

Good hotel for low budget
The hotel was found quiet good. The breakfast however doesnt have much of food varieties.
Staff very helpful when we needed local transport information. Interesting range of of high quality German beers and good restaurant/breakfast. Clean basic rooms. Bicycle garage for cyclists and garage for cars also. Away from town centre - 15 min walk. Entrance lobby needs make over- don't let it put you off.
The hotel is located within walking distance of the historical center of Trento. The staff is friendly and the facilities offer a good deal given the moderate price of the hotel.

Well situated in city centre
Friendly staff. Well situated in city centre. A little bid old but clean.
I guess if you love mountains this is great. A train ride and lugging everything up a hill and then to the small room with church bells outside my window all night long to see a mountain. not worth it. Internet only worked on the sun soaked patio. Everything was way over priced in the town. No air conditioning and it was hot.
Even the hotel is not very near to the train station, but still easy to access by bus in just two stops. Since it's in residential area, it feels more safe and comfortable. The room is comfortable and clean. The reception is very helpful. Breakfast is good to value.
Hotel was fine but we had one staff member who could have been been more pleasant! The others were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was traditional European style.
The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, in walking distance of the railway station (500m) and Duomo Square (1km). A restaurant and a pizzeria in the ground floor serve excelent food at a reasonable price. There is a shopping area in the neighbourhood, with supermarket, bakery and other shops.
