The hotel says it has parking at 11E per day. It isn't clear that you have to book this. The hotel is in ahistorical zone which is very difficult for cars. If you do not BOOK their parking you have to go to a public car park well away from the hotel.

The room was delightful with a beautiful bathroom and a Sauna! The bed was comfortable. We were there for three nights and we would return on our next visit.

Fantastic situation
The situation was fantastic — so close to the old historic centre. The staff at the reception were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and they gave us a superb recommendation for dinner that night. We hope to return.

Nice but simple
The hotel location is great, right next to the old town and close to transportation. They also let you use bikes. Breakfast was OK. I found the room too simple for a claimed 4 star hotel, with very minimal equipment in the room. For a long stay, it may become an issue.

Good location, average hotel
Hotel in central location, front desk very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of a mess only few spots of the hotel that are off-site in a uni parking, or you have to find street parking. Hotel in limited zone so you need to give the hotel your license place not to be fined. Our shower was weird as it was a tub but not curtain or door, so you had to shower against the wall not to flood the place…

Clean hotel with a good room
Just stayed there until I got the keys to my new apartment. Convenient location, nice room with a very comfortable bed. Doors were constantly locked from the inside for no apparent reason which was somewhat frustrating.

Don't bother
The property is more concerned with their branding then with the condition of the rooms. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Self parking is 8 min walk from hotel directions to garage were a joke next to pizza place......no idea where that is because the roll downs are down and no signage. Water stains on walls broken shower the worst bed out of hundreds of hotel beds I slept in. The hotel was so uncomfortable I checked out early. When I went to check out ......I got a you are booked till tomorrow. I said I need a bed that I can sleep in. She said ok you owe room tax for 2 days and parking fees for 2 days. Mind you I only spent 1 night there.

Get the paperwork completed for the Zone!!!
The hotels was lovely, welcoming staff and we had the same room as the previous visit on 27th March It is very well kept and comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet and well laden tables are normal . The local bar is good and welcoming under the same name. It's in the middle of the old part of Trento whilst that adds to the charm it is also an encumbrance as paperwork has to be completed for vehicle access and there is only one small parking space nearby, although they have access to the parking at the University. If that paperwork isn't completed it is a 90 euro fine and that's an argument from my earlier visit and that was despite completing the paperwork and not something I wished to come home too!

Give yourself a break
Great time here. Got the room in the picture. Loads of space. Spotlessly clean, cosy, huge (firm) bed. Hotel position great, the downside is car parking but they do their best to work with you as the hotel is in a restricted access zone in the old part of town. Being there though you are in the middle of everything, all walkable, and Trento is well worth a visit. Even tried the hotels bar and were well catered for.

The location in the heart of old Trento was ideal for seeing things, eating, etc. Also, the room was super quiet.

Great place, great location, and great staff.
Family room spacious and clean with access to roof top patio overlooking city. Staff was incredibly helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions as well as points of interests.

Convenient, clean, friendly

Fabulous staff & location. Close to Piazza Duomo
The staff and location cannot be beaten. Right in the centre of everything and near the railway and bus stations. Breakfasts were good too

Very good hotel
I really enjoyed staying for a week at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and gave me an excellent recommendation of a local restaurant (Due Mori). The room was very nice, although the sound insulation to the adjacent rooms could have been better. The location in central Trento is just magnificent.

Centrally located in Trento's old city.
Nice old hotel with character. 5mins walk from railway station and 5mins walk from Duomo and centre where there are lots of nice cafes, restaurants and gelateria. Trento is a university city and is buzzing with students - lovely atmosphere. Great area for cycling.

This hotel is just the basics, but the shower and bathroom were nice and clean, the air conditioner worked, and the walls weren't paper thin. Would stay here again.

Accademia - Awesome!
The hotel is on the corner of the street across from S. Maria church and only a two minute walk from the Duomo di Trento. It was wonderful service provided by all those who work there. My MacBook had died and they didn't have a converter for it, so they ran to the Mac store next door to use one of theirs for me! On my night of checking out the weather wasn't great, but they desk gave me an umbrella to use on my journey back home.
