"I chose this hotel based on many recommendations and we were not disappointed. When we arrived, the receptionist could not see our reservation for some reason but after providing her with our reservation print-out, they straightened everything out and gave us a great room to stay in. The service of all of the employees was outstanding, a lot of smiles, offers to assist and overall great attitude. We were able to park for free right in front of the hotel. "A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym and pool. My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed. Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)"

"What an amazing hotel! When I pulled into the parking lot the hotel looked a bit like a shopping mall but once we got to the rooms we were shocked at nice they were. The service was incredible. They even brought a bed for our dog as the hotel is pet friendly. The spa and massage was wonderful and the masseuse knows what he's doing! I have stated many hotels in my life and five star hotels and some of the top franchise names and I have to say that this hotel is definitely in the top three experiences I've ever had. I can't describe how happy we were with this stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as not only the rooms are comfortable and a good size. The bathrooms are clean and modern as well as the service of all the facilities are top notch! We will definitely be going back here. "
