5/5 Excellent
"Included breakfast was excellent every single day of our stay. Best to pay the extra cost to get a lakeside room; not only for the view but also for the noise from the road right out front of the hotel. "
"Location and high quality hotel right in Como. Busy street but the closed windows make it literally soundproof at night, if you want that. Beds are crisp cottons and extras like robes and slippers are perfect. Breakfast buffet is outstanding! But restaurant suppers - we had 2- are just ok compared great restaurants nearby. "
"Nice hotel with amazing views. Very good restaurant and amazing service. Room had a private balcony with wonderful views, which was perfect! (Bathroom lighting is very dim, hard to see anything.) Note: Nothing much around, with only two other restaurants within walking distance, and since there are no sidewalks, you much walk along street, which feels very dangerous. But it is what everyone does, so one just does it. (Not hotel's fault) Local bus was very easy to use to get to other locations. "

"Reception staff was fantastic Kristi is an exceptional host.
Dining: limited choice , below standard service with attitude. You must have a reservation even on an empty dining room. Food was below Italian standard .
Overcooked pasta (possibility of frozen meal reheat it)
Rooms where better than any competitors around there so was brekfast service open rigorously 7 to 10 am , 10:04 the waiters were closing the buffet.
Suggestion: upgrade yor dinner service to simple freshly prepared choices and extend breakfast service to 10:30.

"The views here are stunning! Hotel offers a shuttle to it, highly recommend taking it. Walked up the mountain and I was dying by the end (even if the views were amazing)"
"Beautiful hotel with excellent 5 star service. You should know that the directions to arrive will direct you through narrow roads filled with pedestrians...that IS the correct route, just go very slowly through the people. We loved our stay there."
