Discover this charming house nestled at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, offering a haven of peace and tranquility. Just a short walk to the greenway, it's perfect for relaxing on long walks in nature, on foot or by bike.

From the entrance, a staircase leads you upstairs, where three beautiful bedrooms welcome you, two of which offer stunning views of the garden.   
  
A mezzanine welcomes you with an ideal relaxation area for reading or as a play area for children. The functional bathroom allows you to cool off after a day spent at the beaches of Pouldohan or Trevignon.   
  
On the ground floor, the corridor leads to a bright living room with direct access to the garden, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors. The equipped kitchen, open to the living room, is perfect for preparing delicious meals for families or groups of friends.   
  
This house is the perfect setting to enjoy relaxing moments in this green setting while being located not far from the sea.   
  
PS: Please note that the rooms are equipped with blackout curtains but no shutters.
