Summary:  
Un emplacement au cœur de la côte de Granit Rose, à Trégastel.  
Vous apprécierez l'accès à pied à la mer et aux commerces, à 600m seulement, le port de Ploumanac'h à 1,5km.  
  
Ce deux pièces de 37m² vous offrira tout le confort attendu.  
Tout juste rénové, nous avons souhaité une atmosphère chaleureuse pour cet appartement.  
Vous vous y sentirez comme à la maison avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Vos nuits seront douces grâce aux couchages de qualité.  
  
The Space:  
Fonctionnel et chaleureux, cet appartement entièrement rénové de 37m² est idéalement situé au 2ᵉ étage d’une résidence calme et sécurisée (sans ascenseur), à 600m de la mer et des commerces, et à proximité du port de Ploumanac’h. Il offre 2 places de parking gratuites et un local à vélos pour votre confort.  
  
L’appartement se compose d’une entrée avec un grand placard de rangement. La cuisine aménagée et équipée presque comme à la maison (frigo avec congélateur, plaques à induction, four, micro-ondes, cafetières filtre et L’Or, bouilloire, grille-pain) est ouverte sur une pièce de vie lumineuse et conviviale, avec un grand écran TV, un canapé-lit (140x200) et un surmatelas Emma pour un couchage optimal.  
  
La chambre dispose d’un lit double (160x200) de la marque Emma, d’une penderie et de tables de chevet. La salle d’eau moderne est équipée d’une grande douche (120x80) avec colonne de douche Grohe, WC, vasque, sèche-serviettes et sèche-cheveux. Un lave-linge est également à votre disposition.  
  
L’appartement est pensé pour vous offrir tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable : volets roulants, aspirateur, jeux de société, livres, ustensiles de cuisine variés (couteaux, plats, casseroles, poêles, tupperwares, etc.), literie de qualité et de nombreux rangements.  
À noter : il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle !  
  
Que ce soit pour explorer la côte de Granit Rose ou pour vous reposer dans un cadre calme et confortable, cet appartement sera le pied-à-terre idéal pour votre séjour à Trégastel !
