Der sehr große Balkon ist wunderbar, die Aussicht auf den See sehr schön. Allein die relativ nahe Bundesstrasse kann lärmempfindliche Menschen eventuell etwas stören. Wir fanden es nicht schlimm. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Das Appartement ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ortskern entfernt. Sportliche können direkt vom Haus auf den Gerlitzen wandern. Hingegen würde ich die vermittelnde Agentur nie mehr wählen.
