"Check in process was a little shaky. Our reservation wasn't listed when we checked in at the gate. Since it was a weekend, the HOA office wasn't open. Property management group came that day and provided paperwork for entrance to community. Make sure to make appointment with HOA for access to amenities. We liked how new the house was. Inside clean be lanai was very dirty with cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Reported to property management. No done. Loved the view of the pool and water behind it. Spent most of our time there. Big disappointment was that the spa with use of jets and the increased temperature is NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTALS.. my mistake when booking that there is a separate icon for spa. I do feel that the description of the house and community is very thorough, but nothing was mentioned that the spa jets cannot be turned on and the temp of the water will only be the temp set for the pool. This omission felt a little deceptive. Especially when parties in the house are prohibited is listed three times but nothing about the spa. Ok, I'll get off my soap box. House is missing some basic items like: broom and dustpan, only dresser in bedrooms is in master, net for pool and additional kitchen essentials. Will not rent again because of the spa and we are looking for a more robust tennis community.Property management company did make contact with guard and make sure they have a copy of rental agreement after we called to let them know we werent listed at the f"

"Beautiful estate on 5 acres 12 miles from our destination in Sarasota.Has sense of personal touch with decor, kitchen delightfully set up, making cooking a breeze. Cookware is nonstick, which we don't use, but that's okay, we always bring our own.Top quality appliances.The 2 BR and Bathroom are on opposite sides of the house, allowing privacy for guests.Screen porch overlooking pond was perfect for morning Yoga and evening meals watching herons and other water birds. "We had a wonderful month at Lakewood National! The condo was clean and well appointed. It was very quiet. Lyndsey and Dave were great hosts, and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had. I dealt more with Lyndsey, and she was an absolute doll!!! I would absolutely rent from them again. Only thing i felt was missing was a grill, but the property doesn’t allow them, so thats nothing against Lyndsey or Dave. Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful property. "

"It was impossible to get in contact with the listing agent for this property. Never responds to their emails. Nice place, although I had to clean the bathrooms prior to use due to soap scum in the bathtub. When the curtain rod fell down in the middle of the night and I sent them an email, no one ever responded."
