This property is in a great location for accessing so many great things in the area and has a wonderful view. The staff were all very helpful, the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Would definitely return!

Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything downtown. Great to have the option of hotel bar areas. Valet was extremely reliable. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. We will be staying here again!

We love the Indigo and have stayed there multiple times. Delicious restaurant although wish it was full service as the line to order breakfast can get very long. All staff has been amazing every time we visited except for last week. We were in a a group of 6 and visited the bar area Thurs-Sat night. The bartender, Steven, was disinterested, aloof and borderline rude each night. Wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad night but it happened 3 nights. Very disappointing.

Indigo is a very well kept property. It is clean and modern. The location is so convenient. You can easily walk to a lot of places. The staff was very friendly. I like that they offer a happy hour and live music in the lounge. The only con I had during my stay was the noise. I had a bay view room and the noise from the road was loud all night long. Next time I will try a city view room and hopefully that will help.

The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. Check in and check out was very easy and having the availablity to valet our car was good as there is no parking hardly at around there. So it was definitely worth it.

The location and staff were great. I building conditions were less that great. flooring in elevators was coming up, water was off in our room when we arrived, fire alarm system monitoring seemed to have not been working.

Overall a great option in Traverse City. The hotel is updated, clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds were comfy and it was a great place to return after a day of shopping and dining. Lots and lots of shops, restaurants and bars are walkable from this hotel. We went during winter months but it’s also right by the water which I’m sure is great in the summer. My only negative comment would be the noise. It seems like the walls are pretty thin so we could hear a lot of what was going on around our room.

This hotel was super clean, and while we did not use many on the amenities the staff was super friendly and the property was super clean! It was very convenient that we could walk to Front St. for shopping and lots of dining options. If I had to find something that I did not like, it was just a bit noisy at night as you could hear the traffic and guests coming and going throughout the night. But overall I would highly recommend!

Been coming to Traverse City for the last 9 years over the Thanksgiving Holiday, We brought 12 of our friends and we recommended Hotel Indigo and they all liked it very much. Very convenient to downtown. Staff is nice and it was nice to see they added a fridge to the room.

We've heard great things about this hotel and were excited to stay. The staff was wonderful - friendly and helpful. For the price, however, the room seemed a little beat up - gouged furniture, marked up walls, fingerprints and dust all over the TV. We enjoyed our stay, but we probably won't spring for a room here as our first choice next time.

It was a great location and a nice walking distance from restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed the brewery across the street. The room was large and spacious and linens were comfortable. We really enjoyed the large shower. The coffee in the room (Puck) was delicious! The front desk staff was good, but the valet guys rocked!

I’ve stayed at Hotel Indigo before and this time I was a bit disappointed. The flooring was cracked and uneven in the elevators. In the fitness center, 2 of the 3 treadmills weren’t working. In the shower of my room, there was some mold on the shower floor and the shower faucet was very difficult to move to adjust the temperature of the water. I stayed in room 302.

Telephone in the room did not work along with the TV. The roller shade when lowering or raising made a dreadful noise. 2nd floor room 232 faced the lake and you heard the traffic nonstop. Above the room in the evening there was a banging noise. The front staff didn’t smile much and never asked how was our stay or even mentioned the restaurant.
