"I’ve stayed in plenty of motels around the world. I spend a lot of time in Burbank and the Glendale express is my favorite for the price and comfort. I enjoy the little 3 foot balcony. I’ve even showed up early for an appointment in Burbank just cause I love sleeping there so much. The building is old. The history is old, but the atmosphere is very fresh, the old girl shows her age, but you wouldn’t know it they keep it clean. I always get top floor Mountain View. I think I’m gonna ask for a city view next time. In of course, just like the city it’s very convenient. I had a birthday party for my son to attend. I brought everything except wrapping paper. I whipped out my phone, Google maps CVS and within 12 minutes. I was just in front of the store so it’s pretty convenient. "
"The manager really cared about guests and making sure they had what they needed. The continental breakfast was nice and had multiple options that were refilled quickly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good location to Universal, only about a 12 minute drive. "
"I stayed here on business (though most folks there seemed to be there for Universal Studios which was mere meters away). Clean, comfortable, friendly and attentive staff. When I drank both my complimentary waters and had a tea, they replenished with extra of each. That was lovely."

It was the first time we chose a hotel not walking distance to Universal Studios and I was very pleased. Quick 7 minute drive.
Staff was great! We left our luggage in the lobby on our last day. Very grateful for that.
Pool area was very nice.
Walking distance to a gas station mart and many restaurants.
The room included a refrigerator and that is always helpful.
The lobby had a great hot cocoa/ coffee machine and fresh pastries everyday!
There is no usb plugs. Don’t forget your chargers! "
