Old, dirty not well maintained
Good location, old not well taken care of hotel. Staff is lazy and not very helpful, horrible breakfast, ok wifi. Owner needs to spend more money fixing and cleaning the place and in more and better employees.

Quite comfortable and enjoyable
Had a nice time here with my wife staying on a beach front cottage. We were there just after a tropical storm had brought in a bunch of debris to the beach, so the staff was working hard to clean it up but had a hard time keeping up with the tides bringing new stuff in. Overall, the resort is nice - clean rooms, comfortable beds and good food in the restaurant. It’s looking a little run down and could use a bit of a facelift in places though. They could also improve by offering some chairs for the beach for their guests to lounge in. Would recommend.

Good vibes and family friendly
Family friendly, clean and well serviced resort with a good vibe and attention to detail. Restaurant is far more expensive than local area but og good quality. Friendly and helpful staff, nice beds!

Basic but great location.
Better than expected overall for a basic 3 star accomodation. Room was clean and large with high viewings keeping it bright and airy. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the lush, well maintained garden and location is excellent- right by beach and centre of Kai Bae for shops and restaurants etc. Breakfast is very basic as you would expect for a 3 star on Koh Chang, but coffee is strong which is good in the mornings. WiFi is irritating as you have to keep logging on every time you want to use it. Service is poor as waited 30 mins for 2 drinks...I got mine but partners was totally forgotten.

It was amazing to have such a beautiful place and staff available to us while in Kho Chang. It was the most family friendly, clean and fun place I’ve been.
