"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Neuchâtel, especially the lakefront, the Collegiate Church, and the castle area, all within easy walking distance. "It looks like the business is starting from scratch with this econcierge thing. I think they need experience to find the correct balance. I was there for two days, the only rubbish bin in my room was a very small one in the bathroom. It may work for one night stay but if someone stay few days they may fill up the room with rubbish. Experience should put these new business niggles right."

L’ambiente era caldo, cosa non del tutto scontata dappertutto. Anche perché abbiamo avuto due giorni abbastanza freddi, umidi e piovosi. I bagni erano molto puliti, grandi e con tutto il necessario anche se condiviso. Amelie è molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile.
