"The check in communication was amiss. In the message through Expedia they said check in instructions would be sent out right after 2 pm, and in their WhatsApp message they said 3 pm. But I did not receive anything until 4:30pm and had to go to the information desk to ask for help from a staff member. The room we got had some strange smell from the bathroom."

"This is a decent hotel not too far from the centre of town. Room was comfortable with a decent shower. Oddly there were no shelves or draws for clothes. We were initially given a room next to the lifts where soundproofing was poor, but the receptionist kindly moved us when we asked and we had no issues thereafter."

"Everything was excellent. Just when my sister came back to the hotel around 3am from the airport couldn't find any staff to buy beverages. Apart that, everything was excellent the staff, the room, very clean too."
