The property was good and the room was nice and clean, the view was very nice, however the service is not good there was no body to help us bringing the baggage upstairs we had to drag it ourselves. No special offers were provided as a VIP member.

Excellent stay/resort.
Stay was lovely. Very friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Hotel facilities were great. And the rooms were very clean. Would be better with more English speaking staff, though.

They gave us smoking room instead of non smoking which we booked. We asked them to change the room and they agree. Dinning services need to improve in the restaurant the staff not managed to help because of too many people but less staff.

Reception was horrible. Ambience was very bad.Overall a horrible experience from staff , simple request of iron to use they limit it for one to two hours and Knock the door multiple times to get it back , didn't expect this attitude from a hotel chain even boutique hotels have better courtesy !

Last day spent in trabzon
It was fine but as value to money not due to the current situation of covid-19.which the Management was so carefully doing their best to maintain the guest with proper measures of protection. The hotel needs a renovation since its getting old for its interior . which i believe the Management shall do it if they are in better economy as before the pandemic .

The stay was good, the receptionist was very nice, and the room cleaning crew was awesome. One problem: breakfast was not included in my reservation and when i went to eat, the menu price for breakfast was 40 and they charged us 65 each. A difference of 75 TL for three people. It all adds up. Recommended despite the hiccup.
