Just minutes away from numerous wineries,Colchester Harbour and Park.Walking trails close by take you into Colchester Village. Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom rancher with great beach access on paved roads. ( 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds)
The surrounding area has plenty to entertain you antiquing, bird watching wineries, golf courses and of course the beach and lake. The property has a spacious garden with plenty of shade, and fire pit.

Perfect
Everything was as advertised. Clean, with plenty of extra towels and everything else we needed. The best memory was sitting in the beautiful back yard at dusk watching the fireflies. I loved the relaxed pace and natural beauty of the region. I recommend dinner at the polish beach club nearby.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing
We were impressed with the cottage and expectations were met. The cottage was welcoming and clean. We really enjoyed the hot-tub and having camp fires. We didn’t use the beach at the end of the street but drove two minutes down the road to a big beautiful public beach that is groomed. The cottage beds were firm and we slept well. Large beautiful private back yard. We did several day trips-Pelee Island, Kingsville, wineries and breweries. We had a wonderful week here. Only downfall was that many places had odd hours of business or opened late and many were open a few days a week, so do some research and plan your days.

Great place for a getaway
The house and yard is fantastic with close proximity to beach. Very quiet neighborhood with private beach area down the road. Overall worked perfectly for us and two teenagers. Recommend turning down hot water heater as showers are either very hot or cold. Hot tub needed some cleaning including secured decking under stairs and stairs.

What a great stay we had. All communications were accurate and timely. The property was fabulous.

Fantastic Cozy Retreat
Family spent 6 days over Christmas and had a lovely time. The space is ideal with a very cozy living room, including fireplace. Comfortable beds and an outdoor hot tub added to the relaxation factor. Highly recommend this cottage for a low-key and comfortable family getaway.

Terrific Holiday Spot
Everywhere inside was lovely and clean when we arrived. The space was just right for our adult family of five. We enjoyed making use of the outside space including fire pit and hot tub. A short walk to the small beach and a fantastic area to explore!

3rd times a charm
This was our 3rd summer stay at the cottage and it's perfect, as always. Kids were excited about their bedroom and watching Netflix in the mornings. I enjoyed my mornings out in the beautiful quiet yard with my coffee. Although it was 40+ degrees, with humidity, that didn't stop me! Coming home each evening to a quiet & cool with A/C, place after the blistering heat each day, was perfect. We have the best sleeps there, each summer. Terry is the best, and he welcomes us each year. This is the perfect family stay!
