You are in the heart of Old Tours. This has a lot of space comapred to similar flats we have stayed in France. Quiet neighborhood.

Bon séjour

Très bon séjour, appartement sympa et très bien localisé en centre-ville. Dommage à l'arrivée la chaudière était éteinte (16 degrés dans l'appartement, pas d'eau chaude ni de pression dans la chasse d'eau), la chaudière semble assez vieille, il serait peut-être judicieux de la changer pour éviter ce genre d'incident un peu désagréable. Nous avons réussi par nos propres moyens à relancer la chaudière en faisant des réglages. Tous les équipements utiles étaient disponibles, tout le confort dans l'appartement, on a bien aimé ce séjour. Propriétaire disponible et réactif en journée.
