The apartment is very well located, just a stone's throw from the famous Place Plumereau, a popular spot for tourists and students every evening. You'll find plenty of bars and restaurants! You'll occupy this charming 75m2 T3, in which you'll enjoy a beautiful living room with exposed beams. A sofa bed is available in the living room. You'll be able to relax in front of the TV before going to bed in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living room. A comfortable double bed awaits you in the bright 1st bedroom. In the second bedroom, you'll find 2 single beds. The bathroom has a large shower. You'll enjoy a spotlessly clean apartment, thanks to professional cleaning and all the linen you need, including towels, sheets, comforter covers, bath mats and tea towels. To guarantee this quality of service. Everything is included in the price of cleaning. Arrivals are self-guided, with keys to be collected from a pick-up point open until midnight a stone's throw from the apartment.
