Le Cocon de la Daurade
Le Cocon de la Dorade is a charming apartment located in the historic heart of Toulouse, classified as an Outstanding Heritage Site by the State.
A very central location to discover the Pink City, its architecture, its emblematic places, its gastronomy, but also its shopping districts.
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator (with very wide and low stairs and easy access) you will enjoy a magnificent view of the quays and the Garonne, and can admire the Dôme de l'hôpital de la Grave. A small balcony on the entrance side and another on the kitchen side allow you to get some fresh air.
This pretty apartment has an entrance hall with office area, a large bright living room with dining room and lounge with TV, a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, towel warmer, mirror and sink and toilet.
On the first floor, the mezzanine allows you to have two bedroom areas with a 140cm double bed in one of them and two single beds in the other. Many storage spaces and wardrobes are available.
There is also a fold-out bench in the living room for a fifth person if needed.
Wifi via fibre (high speed internet) is available throughout the apartment! This beautiful apartment is also equipped with 2 fans.
More than a home, it is a cozy nest !
Important : The two mezzanine bedrooms are not closed by a door, there is an opening to the living room and curtains between the two bedrooms and the living room.

Perfect location for enjoying the old city
Our three-night stay here was perfect and Ali was very easy to work with. The location of this flat is in an ideal spot for late night river-walking, it's close to all major attractions (cathedrals, the Capitol, museums, shopping) and there are many wonderful places to eat within a short walking distance. The space was very clean, it had all the amenities we needed and the high ceilings and enormous windows give it an open, bright feeling. We enjoyed just opening the windows and watching the activity below us and listening to musicians playing by the river. There was even a pop-up art market there one day. The bedroom loft area had a room with a pair of twin beds and a second room with a larger bed that was particularly comfortable. Both had very good closet space. (the bedroom ceiling is low so watch your head!) We have stayed in this area before but never right on the river..... this was a special treat and we would happily stay here again if we return.

Très jolie appartement, très bien placé
Très jolie appartement, très bien décoré et très bien placé pour découvrir Toulouse un WE. Très luminieux et bien isolé. L'appartement était propre et rien ne manquait pour un séjour très agréable. Petit bemol, l'hauteur au plafond à l'étage fait que quelqu'un de un peu plus de 1,8mts se cogne la tete. Mais, rien qui empache qu'on puisse retourner.
