Noisy, Cramp & only has 1 Lift
Located at one of the busiest cross-junction in Toulouse and next to a night club, it is noisy till the wee hours of the morning especially on weekends. On the last day before leaving (Friday), the only lift was unserviceable and can't be fixed over the weekend. Notice shows it will only be fixed by Monday!. On check-out (Saturday), we all have to carry out baggage down six floors. The rooms are not spacious and quite cramp too.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff with perfect location for accessing metro and also touristic areas were practically in walking distance. I was mainly there for business trip, but an afternoon of free time was enough to see some of the touristic cites.

Nice location, clean
It is exactly as the pictures. It was clean and very well located. The front desk staff was very helpful as well. Topical European style size rooms. A bit less privacy between the bed and the washroom if you are traveling with family since it is semi-open.

Nice hotel in the heart of Toulouse.
Perfect location in the middle of town. Room was brand new, clean and air conditioned. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was not included when we booked.

Great Hotel & Perfectly Located
It was a nice relaxing hotel, the only issue is the nightclub situated around the back of the hotel, not part of the hotel but the party goers were enjoying themselves until late in the evening.

Nice stay in Toulouse
Hotel is located in center of the city at 50 meter of metro station. Friendly staff at reception, very clean hotel. Room perfect good bed. Breakfast a little limited.

The best feature of the hotel is its location, you can’t beat it, right in the middle of the city, steps away from Jean Jaures interchange metro station. 10 minutes walking from the main railway station and about 5 minutes from Capitole.

Central location can be loud
Great hotel for the price. The location is central and made getting around town easy. Parking was in the adjacent garage and was reasonable. The rooms are small and boutique. I would have really appreciated a hook or something to hang the towel on. Not much storage so we didn’t bother to unpack. The location is quite noisy on busy weekend nights as there are lots of clubs and lounges attracting the young crowd. Earplugs are highly recommended if you are wanting to sleep. The front desk staff were helpful and gave recommendations.

Trip to Toulouse
Great location in the centre of town, close to everything and easy access to the airport via metro and tram. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Room was small but adequate and clean. Very noisy area in the centre of town, so be aware of this before you book, though I would recommend the hotel overall.

Loved the location, so close to a lot of transit including the airport shuttle, friendly welcoming staff, clean room with good amenities including a small bar fridge and fairly quiet. I’ll be back!

There was a subway construction during my stay. Hotel staff was sorry for that and informed twice : upon check-in & room inside. Everything is walking distance.

The hotel has very central location, and the staff was very friendly. My friend left her key in the room one day after we went back home and we contacted the reception desk. They found us the key and was willing to send to my friend. In general, very nice hotel and very nice staff

Good location very good helpful staff Noise a bit of problem with the late night party goers at the old telegraph building adjacent to the hotel .and drunken guests knocking on our door in the early morning,trying to find their room !!!!! super comfy beds wish we could have flown into Bergerac airport

Check In was quick and smooth. Room was ready on arrival. Staff were all pleasant and welcoming especially the receptionist Sara who was very informative and helpful. We had a problem charging our Mobiles with our adapters but Sara helped us out with leads and chargers.

The hotel is clean and in a good location. The room seemed recently renovated and was in a good condition. The negative point is water coming out of the shower area during use. Overall satisfied.
