The hotel was super clean and decorated nicely. It's in a great location; the metro is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's a short walk to the city center and restaurants. My room was spacious and spotless. The staff were really friendly. I highly recommend it.

A nice newly renovated hotel. With super high temperature in Toulouse last week the new AC tremendously helps. However, where my room was facing too close to the apartments in the back and I could not at all open the curtain anytime, rather unsafe especially for female guests.

Excellent séjour
Super séjour à l’hôtel les Capitouls. Le petit-déjeuné est très bon et justifie son prix. Le cadre est très beau. La proximité avec le centre est ville est très appréciable.

Fasadrenovering.
Till vår besvikelse så var fasaden på hotellet under renovering. Detta hade vi inte fått någon information om i förväg. Hade betalt extra för rum med utsikt mot staden. Säkert hade vi valt ett annat hotell om vi vetat. Omöjligt att stanna utanför hotellet annat än i en bussficka där vi blev bortmotade. Annars hyfsat centralt läge.
