Here you can expect the best weather and a ground-level, sunny apartment (52 sqm including the partially covered terrace). It is located close to the beach (150 m) of the COTE D'AZUR in the private residence EDEN PARK in LE PRADET - LA GARONNE in the middle of PROVENCE / VAR and extends around a Mediterranean park. The residence is in a quiet area, surrounded by private houses and vines and not on a thoroughfare.
NEW: Free and unlimited high-speed WiFi for the whole family.
FURTHERMORE:
FRENCH AND GERMAN SPEAKING SUPERVISOR / ADMINISTRATOR DIRECTLY ON SITE!
ALSO FREE: Well-maintained swimming pool in the residence with swimmer / non-swimmer area, baby pool, shower, sunny sunbathing area with seating and lounging areas, asphalt tennis court, table tennis, boules court, own parking space within the complex.
Partially covered, furnished (tilting loungers, parasols, table and chairs) terrace with electric grill, use of beach toys, pétanque, small rubber dinghy, small sea view from the bedroom.
ALL COMFORT: 1-5 people (5 beds for a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and three children) in three separate rooms, no French bed in the bedroom, but a bed with 2 comfortable single beds (90 x 200 each), kitchenette, dishwasher, Large fridge, 5 star **** compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, 2-ring ceramic hob, coffee machine, hot water cooker, toaster (equipped for a maximum of 6 people). Flat screen TV, DVD player, HiFi radio center CD, electric heating in all rooms.

IMPORTANT:
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE IS POSSIBLE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY! SUNDAYS basically NOT!
On the other days only after prior request and until 6 p.m.

The prices are based on - up to TWO PEOPLE. If more than 2 people arrive, the rental price increases by € 5 per person per night in low season and by € 7 per person in high season.

Sleeping places for MAXIMUM 4 adults and 2 children (maximum 55 kg per child in a bunk bed).

The rental price already includes:
Apartment, final cleaning, parking space in EDEN PARK, electricity / heating, water, use of in-house facilities such as tennis, table tennis, boules, use of pool (April to October).

Within walking distance of the private holiday apartment in EDEN PARK, there is a bakery, doctor, pharmacy and a small supermarket in LE PRADET - LA GARONNE as well as a handful of restaurants / cafés right by the sea.

Nous avons vraiment aimé l'emplacement. Propre et bien approvisionné. La terrasse était notre endroit préféré. Le mobilier vieillit et pourrait être amélioré, la télévision également. Mais dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour.

Séjour en famille (5 personnes). Le logement est bien équipé et la piscine est très agréable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La personne en charge de l'accueil et du départ est très arrangeante et disponible en cas de besoin.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Anlage
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Speziell auch für Kinder stehen viele Sport— und Spielsachen zur Verfügung. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss bleibt die Wohnung auch bei heissen Temperaturen noch relativ kühl. Ansonsten gibt es ja noch den Pool der mit babybad, Nichtschwimmer und 2m Becken auch für Alle etwas zu bieten hat.

Ein toller Urlaub
Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht und würden wieder kommen! Der Kontakt vor Ort, Frau Desti, war sehr freundlich und Entgegenkommend. Sie hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon mittags in unsere Ferienwohnung konnten. Kleine Snacks und Getränke erwarteten uns bereits. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und beinhaltet alles was man so braucht. Eine Klimaanlage wäre empfehlenswert. Das Badezimmer war leider nicht so schön, hier tröpfelte Wasser aus dem Toilettenrohr. Mit ein paar Erneuerungen eine tolle Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Anlage! Wir würden dennoch wieder kommen!

Wahres im Var
Nun waren wir das zweite Mal hier. Und es war, als käme man nach Hause. Wir freuten uns auch schon auf den Empfang durch "unsere" liebe Concierge. In "unserer" Wohnung kannten wir uns aus, als wäre es die eigene. Der unauslöschliche Blick auf die Colle Noire, der hinreißende Garten, die Bequemlichkeit und der Charme des Appartements, das ich nur empfehlen kann. Die Nähe des Strandes, die unverwechselbare Atmosphäre des südfranzösischen Mittelmeersüdens, die Düfte.....der Pool, die Terrasse.....und sehr komfortabel: WLAN-Anschluss, um den Anschluss an die wichtigsten Vorgänge nicht zu verlieren.....(man kann also z.B. auch Lesenachschub für das ebookreader ordern).....als besonderes Schmankerl: Das ehemalige Restaurant La Tendance ist nun ein kleiner, schnell erreichbarer Supermarkt (hoffentlich hält er sich dort). Und im Vorfeld wie immer der herzliche Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie.....herzlichen Dank....wir werden sehr gern zurückkehren/wiederkommen....(ich habe sicher einiges vergessen, aber nichts Negatives).
