Unfortunately the hotel did not have a regular water supply and it was not possible to shower, wash or flush the toilet most days. We had to use water from the swimming pool to use the toilet and bottled water to clean our teeth. The staff blamed the local water supply but , having checked with other local businesses, they did not have this problem. We also moved out to stay in another hotel 5 mins walk away and, despite being on the 5th floor, we had no water issues there.So the only conclusion is that it was a hotel specific issue. Other wise the hotel just is fine and well located !

We wanted a location close to the ferry terminal and this was ideal. The receptionist was very helpful. Although in a pedestrian precinct, the parking was only 150m from the hotel entrance. Would be good to have a map showing this, as initially we took our luggage the long way round. This proved to be an advantage in the end, as the parking door we tried to open very early next morning wouldn't open with our ticket. One of us had to go around the long way and let the other in with the luggage. The hotel decoration is quirky and interesting. The location near to the opera house and shopping street was great. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants near by. Had a coffee machine and fridge both very appreciated. We would definitely stay there again if in Toulon
Property was hot and humid, cigaret burns in the sheets and no fan was offered due to heat wave in early June

L’accueil était désagréable à l'arrivée. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 1 adulte et 2 enfants, tout en indiquant l'âges des enfants lors de la réservation et avons payé la totalité de la somme demandée. A notre arrivée, la réception nous a demandé de payer un suppriment pour le lit supplémentaire, tout en ignorant la confirmation de réservation a clairement indiqué que la chambre a été réservée pour 3 et que nous avons déjà payé.
Le monsieur était mal poli et incompréhensible, et il ne veut pas prendre en compte le détail de la réservation via un site tier.
Sinon, la chambre est très propre.

Excellent location, only a short walk to the train station and the harbour. The beaches are easily walkable also. Great service. Room was perfect. Highly recommended!
Disappointed with the room, definitely would not describe it as a superior double room, which is what I booked. Shower extremely small for a normal sized adult.
Noisy area for street sweepers etc early in the morning.
Breakfast OK, though.
Very good hotel, casual look, very clean, helpful staff, open 24h. Rooms are not too small considering it's in France. Bathroom was very large. 8 to 10 minutes of walk from the SNCF station, 1 block from the Opera house, many useful stores near. Recommended.
Hotel staff were all really lovely, the hotel is right in the city centre, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. literally nothing to complain about!
Great location near old port. Inquire about parking if you are driving but otherwise rooms are nice and clean and look as though they were recently renovated. Hotel within walking distance of old port with plenty of boulangeries, restaurants, cafés nearby.

The hotel was fine, not great. The staff was all very friendly but it was a kind of older building. The air conditioner didn't seem to do anything so it was a bit warm and noisy since we had to open the window. Overall it was not bad, especially for the price, but nothing to write home about.
Train from Nice to Toulon to start our cycling tour of Riveria. Big city but as it was an overnight stop did not see the city but went for our evening meal by the port and met three Rugby Supporters from Henley on thames.
Man on the desk of hotel verypleasant and accomodated our bike in a secure place and was very helpful
We loved the location and the room. It was kind of hard to find and had pay parking although some guest parked for free at the hotel. It was an easy walk to the marina and felt very safe and clean area. Really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed for three nights and the staff always attentive and helpful. Comfortable room. Breakfast offers good choice but not the quality of local more expensive cafes. But the breakfast room opens a lot earlier thus giving you the opportunity to enjoy a decent breakfast before catching your early train or bus, for example. Excellent location, not too many frills. There is a small mini bar/ fridge plus a vending machine downstairs if you prefer. On balance, not the place to hang round all day but a good nights sleep at good price in excellent position.

Good hotel
Great location in the centre of Toulon, near the opera house and a car park. Friendly and helpful staff
Very well located and quiet hotel (in a pedestrian street) with friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. We arrived early (by train) before check-in time. Because the Comfort room we had booked wasn't ready, they upgraded us to a Comfort + room that was available immediately. Lots of restaurants nearby. We thought the buffet breakfast was good value at 10 euros each, and the quality was better than in many hotels (eg some organic products; nice bread and croissants etc from local baker).

The hotel is well located being so close to the train station and the maritime lines. The reception staff was all the time helpful and they recommended very nice restaurants right at the corner.But the problem was the room: our double bed was comfortable but a little small for a double one, the air conditioning a bit noisy during the night (not comparable with the noise coming from outside-Do not even think of sleeping with the windows opened during the summer nights!!!) Our double room had a strange shape being at the corner of the hotel and looked old with unfriendly furniture (some water pipes were passing exactly through our wardrobe). The cleaning lady did her job perfectly well and I was generally surprised to see that they chanced all the towels every day like a 4 stars hotel. For Toulon, I think this is a good hotel but next time I will make a reservation for the other type of room: comfort plus!

Room very clean and bathroom good.
In city centre so parking is about 8 euros a day but is safe and near to hotel. Lift does not work well at all. Bed a bit too hard. Room very clean and bathroom good. Air con very good. Wi-fi not reliable. Staff very good.
Very good hotel with a convenient location at the center of the city. But the internet absolutely DOES NOT WORK. We tried to connect for 2 days with 5 diffent devices and despite connecting to the network, navigation was impossible. This was a major annoyance as we picked the hotel specifically because of that characteristic....
After being in Paris for the weekend it was refreshing to be in Toulon. I chose this place because I was there for work, location was great, walking distance to plenty of restaurants & train station...the room was old but clean, beds not comfy, nice staff...wish I had more time in Toulon but I recommend this one.
Well-located for bus/rail terminus and the town. Helpful, friendly reception staff. Room on top floor at front. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, amazing sound-proof window! Toulon itself is unfairly dismissed by Lonely Planet, its a nice, untouristy French coastal town. Take a local ferry across the harbour for great views.
We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. It is a no frills hotel, quite basic but comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the quality of it was very good. One small minus.... the noise from the streets can be annoying, but this is a centrally located hotel so that is to be expected.We have paid a lot more for hotels we have not been at all satisfied with.

Decent budget hotel in great location in Toulon
The location was great. The room was a bit old and not the cleanest. There's wifi and a discount for parking. The staff was very helpful and nice. The front desk spoke some English or were fluent. It was OK for 2 nights but I wouldn't stay there again.
