The staff was very friendly and kind. The building is outdated and rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. There were several broken things in our room, like a cabinet in the bathroom… there were old stains all over our room walls and on the bureaus, nightstands, walls… I was disgusted.

Driving thru other business’s parking lots to find the hotel and the 1960’s decor inside the hotel were interesting, but the staff were nice and it was clean.

I would like to clarify that I have no complaints regarding the price we paid for the room. While it wasn't the most luxurious accommodation, the cost was acceptable. However, I must mention that locating the inn was challenging initially, as our GPS directed us to the center of a different building. This caused some confusion at first, but we were able to navigate our way subsequently.

The staffs were very nice but the rooms looks like they were remodeled and has cracked granite countertops. The remodel looks like it was cheaply made.

It was a couple of things, the shower head was leaking … cracked tile in bathroom by sink… hole in wall (checked to make sure no cameras was in there) & the iron had a lot of stuff. Coming out of it… terrible. Couldn’t even wear my shirt that I wanted to. I don’t even know what it was… smh Overall, the staff is amazing

We certainly got what we paid for. Decent breakfast every morning. Service was nice. Bed was comfortable. Had to change our card key alot to get in our room almost all the time. But the room served its purpose.

We stayed one night, the reception area was dirty, when i saw how dirty the coffee machine and counter were I didn’t have any coffee. The bed linen had stains, we parked in the parking and used an elevator and got to the wrong floor and saw all dirty linen on the floor with a lot of roaches, it was disgusting. No wonder i have itchy skin and bites after one night stay in that hotel.
