This apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests onto the bright living room equipped with a sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster; the living room leads, through French doors, to the outdoor private and covered terrace provided with a dining table with chairs, for lakeview lunches and dinners; also, at our guests' disposal a private rear garden. Die Schlüsselübergabe 30-35km entfernt im Süden ist eine sehr ungünstige Lösung. An der Einrichtung gäbe es einiges zu verbessern. Der einzige Kleiderschrank im Zwischenraum war vollgestellt mit Reinigungsutensilien, einem defekten Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Fön und Kühlbox. Abgesehen davon, dass nicht mehr viel Platz frei war, möchte man seine Anziehsachen nicht dazwischen hängen oder legen. Im Schlafzimmer selbst gibt es nur eine Kommode. Die oberen 2 Schubkästen waren voll mit Ersatzdecken, den unteren leeren Schubkasten mussten wir erst mal von den Haaren der Vormieter befreien. An der Wand befinden sich noch 2 Klappbetten, die in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt werden und die wir für den Kleiderschrank hielten. Auch die Kommode im oberen Schlafbereich auf der Empore war vollgepackt mit Ersatzdecken. Bei unserer Ankunft konnten wir die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen, weil die Fernbedienung für die Einfahrt nicht funktionierte. Sie wurde 2 Tage später ausgetauscht. Ansonsten lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Geschirrspüler war nicht ausgeräumt, auf den Möbeln und auf dem Fußboden lagen Staubflusen und eine ordentliche Staubschicht und so mussten wir erst einmal zu viert die Wohnung in einen für uns vertretbaren Zustand bringen. Wir informierten auch sofort Snale über den unsauberen Zustand und sollten ihnen Fotos per Whatsapp bzw. Mail zusenden. Da wir kein Whatsapp haben und auch keinen Computer mit im Urlaub mitführten, vereinbarten wir mit der netten Dame (das war sie wirklich!), dass wir die Fotos bei der Schlüsselabgabe vorzeigen. Das wollten wir tun, aber es wurde uns gesagt, dass wir das gleich nach der Ankunft hätten erledigen müssen. Wir haben nochmals den Sachverhalt erläutert und sollten dann die Fotos per Mail zusenden, was wir ein paar Tage später getan haben. Wir hätten wenigstens erwartet, dass wir einen Teil der Kosten für die Endreinigung erstattet bekommen. Leider erhielten wir die Antwort, dass das nicht möglich ist, weil die Meldung an die Reinigungsfirma innerhalb von 24h hätte erfolgen müssen. Wir haben nach unserer Grundreinigung trotzdem unseren Urlaub genossen, würden uns aber wegen der ungünstigen Schlüsselübergabe und der mangelnden Sauberkeit nicht noch einmal für dieses Objekt entscheiden. ##### Antje C. Die Lage ist gut und der Ausblick vom Balkon unbezahlbar. Leider ist die Einrichtung (vor allem die Küchenmöbel) schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch haben wir einen Schrank zum Unterbringen der Bekleidung vermisst. Die Schubladen der vorhandenen Kommoden ware alle mit zusätzlichem Bettzeug gefüllt. Im Fernshen gibt es keinen deutschen Sender und während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es auch kein Internet. Die Agentur war aber nicht in der Lage die Zugangsdaten für einen resetteten Router beim Eigentümer abzufragen. Dass man die Schlüssel in Desenzano mit etwa 70km Umweg abholen muß ist ein Unding, zumal das NAVI die Straße nicht findet und sie irgenwo im ländliche vermutet was zu zusätzlichen 45 min Suche führte. ##### Thomas S. Für eine kleine Familie ist das Appartment ausreichend groß und auch gut ausgestattet. Das TV hatte kein deutsches Programm aber das muss im Urlaub ja auch nicht sein. Frau Boni von SNALE ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und antwortet auf alle Fragen.
