it wasn’t what we expected for a 5 star. room cramped. off the highway. not close to beach (photos on orbitz we re deceiving) no porters for luggage. we moved the last night to a four star 15 mins away with far superior amenities right on beach didn’t offer refund for that night. far better options around. don’t be deceived by the stars

Probably the most beautiful , serene and tranquil hotel we’ve ever stayed in in Europe . The staff were very friendly and were very attentive . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay , we were sad to leave . Would stay there again in a heart beat

The shower nozzle was on the floor and nothing to hang it up - NO hot water ... the water had a bad odour so you didn't want to shower. The room smelt of vomit. The food wasn't very good.
