    This fomer barn situated on a working family farm is perfect for couples and families wishing to explore North Devon. The nearby town of Torrington known as the Cavalier Town from the Civil War boasts an arts centre the Dartington Crystal visitor centre and the popular RHS Rosemoor. The seaside town of Westward Ho! is a short drive away and offers two miles of golden sands to enjoy. Other nearby attractions include the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly family fun parks The Big Sheep and The Milky Way and the market town of Bideford with its weekly pannier market. You can visit Lundy Island enjoy the Tarka Trail Burton Art Gallery and the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde. On entering this elegant single-level barn conversion you will find yourself in the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming lounge is a great space for relaxing in complete with TV/DVD with a dining table to seat four situated just by the sofas. Heading over to the attractive kitchen area you will find everything you may need including an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with freezer compartment dishwasher and washing machine. Exploring further you will find two comfy bedrooms which are accessed via two steps down from the living area. There s a cosy double room with en-suite shower room complete with WC and a comfy twin room also with en-suite shower room with WC. One additional child (12 years or under) can be accommodated on a single temporary bed (provided). Stepping outside you can relax at the end of a great day by sitting back in the enclosed lawn garden which is adjacent to the property and for the sole use of guests. Play equipment including swings is available for children and there s also garden furniture and a BBQ. You are welcome to see the farm animals including sheep and cattle and help feed the lambs when in season. There is also a large on-site fishing lake full of carp roach tench and rudd available for guests to use (by arrangement with and payment directly to the owners). Private off-road parking is available for two cars.
