Detached 1 bedroom bungalow - comes with an exceptional large private solarium and plenty of space for outdoor dining space. This 1 bedroom holiday villa is in a small gated complex with a well kept large communal pool & gardens is in los Altos, near Torrevieja. The villa is tucked away in a sunny position ideal for sunbathing all day long privately on a sought after complex and has beautiful views of the salt lakes, swimming pool is beautiful and only a stone throw away, the complex offers well tended gardens. Ground floor open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with emperor bed and mirrored wardrobes with en-suite bathroom. Front door leads to a large front sun lounge area ideal for sunbathing and alfresco dining. Stairs to side of villa take you to another large private sun lounge roof solarium - ideal for sunbathing from sunrise til sunset - there you will see the spectacular views of the salt lakes. The villa is close to all amenities, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A bus stop for buses into Torrevieja is directly outside the complex. Final cleaning at end of your vacation is 45 euros. Air conditioning available on request an extra 3 euros per day. If you like the outdoors but like your amenities at hand this villa is ideal. What makes this villa stand out from the rest is its spacious outdoor private sunny position.

Es una casa con todo lo necesario, dentro de una preciosa urbanización. La situación es de total intimidad.

Thank heavens we only booked for one week.The place is nothing like portrayed on the website.Tv did not work at all.No decent working radio. Oven,toaster filthy ,kitchen contents very poor.The whole place was not fit for purpose.The website photographs were nothing like the place.Could not even sit on the terrace because of no sun brolley,or chair cushions .Everything was worn out and shabby.No light in the bedroom as the blind was obviously broken. Cushions and rugs stained.Only had 2 out of 4 dining chairs as the other two were broke.I could go on,but i think i have said enough.The one star i have given is because the complex Las Fuentes is very pretty not that we stayed there as we had to get out of the place every day due to the disgusting surrounds in this property.I have only just commented because i was having problems recovering the deposit that i had payed out for another week that i had booked for September as it looked so beautiful when i booked the earlier week for July.

Bonjour, La photo sur internet de l'appartement ainsi que de la piscine correspond parfaitement à la réalité ( sauf les passerelles de la piscine qui se trouvaient sur la piscine de la résidence d'à côté) mais pas grave, la piscine est très jolie avec ses palmiers et le bain pour les petits et pour les grands. Par contre dans l'appartement l'air conditionné était en panne lorsque nous sommes arrivés et depuis certainement longtemps. Nous avons très mal dormi, il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre. Nous n'avions pas non plus de connection WIFI et la télévision n'avait aucune chaîne en Français. Les voisins avec lesquels nous avons sympatisés avaient tout cela et un book en Français avec toutes les visites à faire dans dans le coin. pour une très faible différence de prix (qui correspondait à une chambre supplémentaire).

The property is compact but it has all you need for a comfortable stay being fully equipped . There are a couple of restaurants nearby and some others within a short walk . There is a good bus service into Torreviega which we used frequently and taxis are very reasonably priced . The complex and pool are well maintained and really beautiful and the atmosphere is laid back . The property is clean but the solarium could not be used when we were there but otherwise things were fine and we had a lovely time .
