This modern and beautiful apartment for 6-8 people located in Orihuela Costa is ideal for enjoying tranquillity in a residence.
This apartment has 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with its own private bathroom and direct access to the balcony and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
The apartment also has an open-plan kitchen that leads us to a large living-dining room with a table for 6/8 people. From the same living room, you can access the terrace equipped with a sofa. The apartment also has a private 100m2 solarium with 2 sofas, a table for 6/8 people, sun loungers, awning and barbecue, an ideal space to enjoy the warm sun with family, partner and friends. This solarium is accessed from the living room terrace.
As for the facilities, the flat has a lovely communal swimming pool, television, WiFi and air conditioning with cold-heat in all rooms.
The property is located 1 km from the first beaches of Punta Prima, Campoamor, Playa Flamenca and the marina at Cabo Roig. For shopping enthusiasts, the large La Zenia shopping centre is 10 minutes away. Those who enjoy golf will also have the golf courses of Villamartín, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas at their disposal. It is a quiet area, but in the surroundings you will find atmosphere, leisure and nightlife.
For padel enthusiasts, the Infinity Padel court will be 800 metres away to enjoy this sport.
In this apartment, you will find everything necessary to fully enjoy this wonderful area of the Costa Blanca Sur.

#### Eine wirklich schöne Anlage
Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist für acht Personen angegeben, allerdings ist die Ausstattung in Küche und rundherum dafür sehr knapp ausgelegt. Am Esszimmer Tisch gibt es nur sechs Stühle. Schlafutensilien wie Kopfkissen mussten nachträglich für zwei Personen angefordert werden. alles in allem aber eine schöne Wohnung, gute Betten, Saubere Bäder. Der Urlaub war gut.
