At 900 m they reach a very beautiful sandy beach - Cabo Cervera beach, and if you like coves, a few steps away you have Cala del Moro with spectacular views of the sea.   
  
If you want to spend an unforgettable day with family or friends, 4 km away there is the Aquopolis Torrevieja water park, a few steps from there you reach the Habaneras Shopping Center.   
  
In the center of Torrevieja, you will find a beautiful central port and "Parque de Atracciones de Paseo" and the central tourist fair.   
  
The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. It has a nice terrace, AC in the living room and the community pool.
