### 070 Nature Modern Apartment- Alicante Holiday
The apartment in the heart of La Mata with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom has a capacity for 4 people. There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and in the bedroom.
Here you will find a 63 m² apartment furnished in a modern way and with everything you need for a good holiday: a large terrace of 12 m², which invites you to a cosy breakfast and long evenings. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you that leaves nothing to be desired.
On the roof terrace, where you can also hang your clothes, you will experience a fantastic view of the square and the sea. You leave the house, walk 50 meters along the square and find yourself directly on the kilometre-long sandy beach. There is a bakery and a pharmacy in the same house. Within a radius of 100 metres you will find everything you need for your daily needs, such as a supermarket, a bank, a butcher, restaurants, cafes and other small shops.
Activities:
In addition to the wonderful sandy beaches, the surrounding area offers many other possibilities for activities. With its marshes, nature reserves and pine forests, the region invites you to take long walks or bike rides. (In one hour you can reach interesting cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Elche. An excursion to the pirate island of Tabarca is also recommended)

Alicante Airport is only 40 km from La Mata. There is also a bus connection here.
