The wonderful apartment in Torrevieja consists of a large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Capacity is for 5 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds and a sofa bed). There is a large terrace covered by glass.   
  
It is located in an ideal area for families, close to areas of restaurants and bars, supermarkets. 4 floor with elevator.   
  
The apartment is nice, comfortable, furnished, and has 67 m². It has views of the pool and garden and the side sea. It has a community garden and pool that is open in summer.   
  
The apartments have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, television.   
  
In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).   
  
It has air conditioning (hot / cold) in the living room.   
  
Very good option that the apartment has a private parking space.   
  
It is located very close to the sandy beach "Playa La Mata” (950m). In 1-2 minutes walk there are many restaurants and cafeterias. Right next to it is a supermarket area (250m). You can spend a good time walking around the night embankment
