### 005 Nautico Relax - Alicante Holiday

A cosy apartment for a couple with children or a small group of friends on the upper floor.   
  
This lovely apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a sofa bed.   
  
In the living room there are comfortable sofas, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The living room and one bedroom have access to a large glass-covered terrace with views of the residential area.   
  
The kitchen of this apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and storing food: refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster.   
  
The terrace is spacious enough and there is a table for 4 people, so you can enjoy the view on nice days.
