The area is not very walkable. Indeed, there are no sidewalks just outside the hotel, but getting to downtown via public transportation is convenient enough. The staff are fantastic. We had a great time!

The hotel is at a good location surrounded by restaurants. The facilities are outdated, light fixtures not working, limited tv channels, and unfortunately during my stay they had a group of young kids that kept noise up until midnight and the hotel staff was not able to control them.

Great location
The lobby is new, the rooms are kinda old, the pool was freezing and dirty, but the staff was helpful and the location is great. However for the price, it was ok.

I do like the area where the hotel is located. Hotel is very nice and the fare is good. The staff is very friendly. But it looks like the hotel is getting old and some details are being left aside. Our AC did not worked properly and we reported it. I guy came to check it out, told us that he came back and it never did. The bathroom accessories fell off the wall, the shower handles look like they have never been cleaned properly, TV or cable service is terrible and only in Spanish, please leav a SAP option. I would not stay again that's for sure.

El frigobar no servía , lo cambiaron por otro y tampoco sirvió , el a/c no enfrió lo suficiente según lo revisaron pero siguió igual El de servicio comprobó que no enfriaba bien y solo dijo que algunas habitaciones enfriaban mas rápido Lo demás estuvo bien

Real Inn 2020 review
Overall the hotel is fine. However due to its age it may need some maintenance. Most of the wall sockets are very loose... And some water issues in the bathroom.

Needs a face lift
I usually like Real Inn properties but this one need a long overdue face lift. Many of the properties in the area are getting updated lobbies, rooms and all important updated fitness rooms but this property has done nothing for the seven years I have been going to Torreon, MX. We used a few of their conference rooms and they look very tired and used. Would like to see them invest to keep up with the competition. Probably won't be back here anytime soon.
