On the first floor there is a very well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a toilet and a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the garden and terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. The third floor houses a bright suite with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and a private terrace overlooking the sea. For added comfort, the house has ducted air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and a private garage in the basement with capacity for two cars. We do not accept reservations for groups of young people between 16 and 26 years old. Property managed by a professional.
