"Property needs urgent upgrades. Rooms are old and the AC barely works. Cleanliness is also poor. Staff is young and inexperienced. Location is great (close to ciutadella) and the sunset from the sunset bar is beautiful. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Excellent villa in a lovely small resort with friendly, professional staff and great amenities. Great air con and good living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Pool was lovely. Very convenient location for marina and beach. One point: could not contact resort via hotels.com (email or phone) but once I googled and found a direct email address the resort contacted me regularly by WhatsApp."
"The apartment was clean, modern, a good size and well equipped for the two of us. It was particularly nice to have a decent sized balcony area with a small table and chairs isolated from adjacent balconies for privacy.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive and the whole site very well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh produce. "

"Hotel and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Property itself was very peaceful for the most part and not crowded.
The apartment was big enough for 2 people.
The only downside is the cleaners started at 8:30am each morning so you could hear a huge amount of noise from early hours, even with noise cancelling headphones! Constant furniture moving, slamming doors and dragging carts around. They came in and woke us us up for the last two mornings. On the final morning, check out was 11am but the cleaners came in at 8:30am so I asked them to come back later after check out. They then came again at 9:10am and told them again to please come back after check out. I’m not sure why they don’t come later in the morning after people have gotten ready, had breakfast and gone out for the day, around 10am maybe, especially considering we were self-catering. Overall though the experience was nice, a great selection of drinks at the bar and a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere other than the disturbed sleep.

"Lovely pools. Cold in 2nd half of September though. Wear insect repellent as midges aren't obvious and bite! Minimart both expensive and understocked. Nearest excellent supermarket is Diskont, 15 mins walk away but well worth it to stock up and make your own breakfasts as breakfasts in resort are expensive at 12€ pp. There is also a nice café outside this supermarket. Table tennis disappointing as borrowers of bats and balls didn't return to Reception after use so we couldn't play! Food not served from pool bar in evening after 3pm, which caught us out but there are a couple of beach bars on adjacent beach. The buffet restaurant we used once but set price doesn’t include any drinks. It was okay but appreciated the good bus service which is more frequent on weekdays than weekends, so plan around that if you don't have a car, which we didn't. No kettle so glad I brought my drinks heater. "
