Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the deck or strolling to the local surf shops and the iconic Kiosk café, everything you need is within easy reach.  
  
The home spans two spacious levels. Downstairs, you'll find a welcoming open-plan living area complete with a gas fireplace and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining space that opens out to a generous al fresco deck with a BBQ—perfect for entertaining. A powder room adds convenience to the ground floor layout.  
  
Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, private ensuite, and its own deck overlooking the treetops.
