I liked the idea of being able to use all of the facilities in all of the hotels. I did find parking was a bit of a problem.

For the Shower to get hot literally has to run for at least 5 mins and no power in it at all Rooms very clean and spacious but need updating as does the hotel in general Cannot fault the staff very friendly Steam room was out of action one day of our stay and not very hot for a steam room when it was working

room okay bathroom clean but needs revamp. lift also needs revamp all staff we came into contact were excellent, breakfast was good with a great choice
